Finding Grace in Triggering Times
There comes a time in every little girl’s life when she must pull on her big boy pants and call it how she sees it! Let’s just say I’m one leg in. Intentionally so. Amidst the unprecedented times we are facing I have more common sense than bullishness to lay all my cards on the table in such a public forum, but it would be remiss of me to overlook the big, fat, glaring elephant in the room.

Famously sung by The Beatles, this iconic lyrical has undoubtedly spun around the turntable time and time again as the backdrop for many a meltdown. You can thank me later when this earworm is wriggling around your head... it's been in mine for the last hour!

Often, we battle away like we are headed for great war. Yet when we get there, the battlefield is without soldiers and we face a different type of enemy; the ambiguous sense of self-sabotage. In our persevering persistence, we can find that we end up choosing 'the war' over 'the want'.
