Urban Legend ghost stories from each state (Colorado-Georgia)
Colorado: Buffalo Ranch Haunting In Denver, Colorado their is a Ranch and a two story house on the property that was built in the 1860's. It was originally built by the patrick family which consisted of Mr. and Mrs. patrick along with their five boys. They ended up building this house as a stage stop on the Genesee Mountain. It is said that one of the past caretakers wife who was staying in a trailer in the backyard would not set foot in the main house because she saw strange things and thought it was haunted. One person in the family of the new owner remembers one night when she was twelve she heard her mom upstairs screaming and their pet dog was barking at the wall. The girl and her father went upstairs and the mother stated that she had seen a floating glowing green orb go down the hall and disappear through the wall. About six months later another creepy thing occured when the new owners heard music in the middle of the night almost like a fiddle or violin. The sound of the haunting music continued a couple more times throughout that year. A few years later a book was read by a local historian which talked about the history of not only the house but also the Patrick family. The first murder in that county happened in this front yard when one of the brothers murdered another brother over a dog. It was said that this brother was known to play the fiddle and also is buried somewhere in the yard.

Alabama: Dead Children's Playground In Alabama one popular urban legend that has been seen is that of the dead childrens playground. When you go to huntsville alabama you would come across a cemetary called "Maple Hill" that has a adjoining playground. It might seem like your average everyday playground however locals and visitors alike have noticed creepy things. One example of this is swing sets moving when their is no one around along with dark orbs thought to be spectral figures. Legend says that the spirits of the children in the graveyard take over the playground. It has also been rumored that children were buried in this playground after a series of abductions in the 1960's. The true cause may never be discovered.

The green light of love
It was a normal Monday morning in the heart of America - Ohio. The birds were chirping, the sky was blue, and the trees were turning a slight color of auburn as it was an october day. I was a young girl just out of college on her way to her first day at her brand new job.I started driving down the highway and I made it to your typical street light which was red at the time. Five minutes had passed and it seemed like we might be here for a while as it looked like they were doing stop and checks and there were like 50 cars ahead of me. First thing I did was pull out my phone and call my boss to let her know what was going on and she said just get here when you can. After that call was made I started to relax as I now knew I would'nt be getting in trouble for being late on my first day. I kept looking in front of me as the cars slowly started to diminish in front of me. What I saw in front of me I couldn't believe. Fabian Lee. My old best friend from high school who I hadn't seen in years as he had moved away in junior year and we had lost touch. I pulled up to the light as it was finally my turn, rolled down my window and looked at the police officer and he looked at me. OMG isabel is that you?
