The Taliban have been governing with the same intellectual background as in the first period of their power
The Taliban group captured the city of Kabul on August 15, 2021. But in reality, the presence of Taliban in Afghanistan had been established since the second half of the 1980s. In the absence of a clear perspective for the fight against terrorism, the inefficiency of the government and the increasing administrative corruption in the government body, the Taliban found enough opportunity to return to the battle trenches. The presence of more than forty powerful countries in Afghanistan, with the support of more than 200,000 armed forces, could not stop the creeping movement of the Taliban towards the cities and villages of Afghanistan. Soon the roads became unsafe for the people and the government. The power of the government led to the big cities and district centers. Many villages in Afghanistan were left without owners and these areas became a good center for the growth of the Taliban. On the other hand, NATO was intoxicated by the quick victory over the terrorists in Afghanistan, without any foundation and without any far-sighted solutions, trying to create a relatively secular government with a democratic background. But democracy fell victim to expediency in the first presidential election of Afghanistan in 2004. These expedient thoughts, after 20 years of crooked and diseased governance, caused the fall of the government in Afghanistan and the formation of a senseless anarchism called the Islamic Emirate. However, the idea of the fall of the government with the performance of the former leaders was not far from reach. But it was believed that in the worst case, the international community, by supporting the trained Afghan military, could prevent the complete collapse of the system in Afghanistan, and based on dialogue and negotiation, Shiraz is a new system acceptable to all political factions in this country. find out Unfortunately, this did not happen, and with the political leaders of the government fleeing, the fall became the only remaining option for the republican system. But what is raised as an unanswered question for everyone is how it happened, terrorism, which was raised as a red line for the whole world. to find the opportunity to take a complete geography under his power. What path did the Taliban take to transform themselves from terrorists to rebel forces and from rebel forces to a political movement opposed to the Afghan government in the eyes of Western politicians? Even in the weeks and months before the fall of the republic, the countries of the region and the world, by signing anti-terrorism agreements, firmly rejected the Taliban's takeover and the return of the Islamic Emirate. But today, everyone is trying to establish a relationship and understanding with this primitive group. Undoubtedly, a number of countries in the region, due to the conflict of interests with the Western powers present in Afghanistan, sought to get closer to the Taliban. But these countries know very well that when the Taliban achieve the necessary stability. Following the expansion of their Islamic Emirate, they will come to the countries of the region. At least Afghanistan's neighbors know very well that the Taliban will be there much sooner than they think. Extremism will be given as a gift to their countries. However, it is unjustifiable to overtake these countries to establish a good relationship with the Taliban.
