The dead light, it flickers weak, A dying flame that cannot speak, Its glow a ghost of what it used to be, A memory of life, now lost at sea.

Mirror without Reflection:
Lena peered into the mirror, but all she could see was the wall behind her. It was as if the mirror was nothing but a frame, devoid of any reflective properties. She rubbed her eyes and looked again, but the result was the same. Lena wondered whether the mirror was small or she was exceptionally tall. She checked the height and realized that there was nothing unusual about the setup.
