Building Good Habits Will Move You Beyond Willpower

Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” - Aristotle This post is an exploration of positive and negative accumulation — that is, the effect of doing something (however small or seemingly irrelevant) regularly to the point that its effects compound over time. For me, this often revolves around learning a skill, but I think it’s equally relevant for lifestyle choices such as eating, exercise and even moral choices.
