Diary of A College Student
My life is not much different than the millions of other college students out there struggling right now, dealing with a pandemic, working, and doing school work, all at the same time. Not to mention the various other tasks that inhibit our bleak days.

"Will You Shut Up Man"
For those of you that watched the debate on September 29th, I am glad you got to experience the all-out craziness of this last debate. There were moments that were hilarious, annoying, and just childish. Most of which came from the President's end of the stage. However, as you may have noticed, I have chosen to highlight a quote stated by Biden on the night of the election, "Will you just shut up man," iconic if I may.

Why You Should Read More
Do you want to know how serious I am about reading? Bibliophile, the word printed on the plate, residing on the front of my car, will tell you as much. Not to mention that it is ironically spelled wrong "Bibliophle" instead of "Bibliophile" as there was not enough room for one letter, and the "i" was on the chopping block. To the average eye though, you probably wouldn't notice, but to the reader's eye, it's a whole different story. Look at me using puns.

Spooky Season
While I find it so important to focus on the current events in terms of our government at the moment, I also believe it is important to talk about those things that we are looking forward to. I am a huge Halloween fan, growing up I learned that I loved to scare people and to be scared. This was mostly in part to the fact that my Dad's birthday fell on Halloween, so while many people went out trick-or-treating, as I did, I also had something else to look forward to, our annual Halloween party.

Let's Talk About Justice
I'm going to be honest, while I frequently stay up to date on politics, I never knew how much Ruth Bader Ginsburg, or RBG for short, influenced women's rights. Her famous quote "Women belong in all places where decisions are being made," is a perfect representation of how women need to be involved in politics.

A Confusing Time
We are a generation that has already faced so much. There are those who are preyed upon for their race, gender, sexual orientation, the characteristics these individuals were born with. How do we say to someone that they are less than, that they are not normal, that they are destined to be hated and scolded for plainly being who they are?
