I didn't want to, but I had to do it. I got a roommate. I love living alone and the idea of my apartment being my hideout from the whole world. But because I want to work part-time so I can focus on school I had to get a roommate in order to buy for my nice apartment. I called my old friend Tommy Conlon and he accepted to be my roommate. So now I wait for him to get here with all his things.
It was Tom's idea to take ourselves away to the beach to escape from some problems. I couldn't have been happier at that. So, off we went to an island where no one would be able to recognize us and where we could be in peace while also having fun.
I wake up from my peaceful slumber to the small amount of light coming through the curtains. I need to hurry up and get out of here before Tom wakes up. I carefully pry his arms off of my waist then get up and get dressed. I then grab my phone and head out to the streets to head to my apartment
I wake up to the sunlight hitting me in the face. My head is killing me so I don't dare to move but it's not the only thing that is not allowing me to move. I realize my arms are tied to the headboard of the bed I am on. My feet are also tied to the end of the bed. Another reason to why my body is in pain.
I leave the gas station after purchasing some candy and sit on a bench nearby then open up a sucker. Last week, I moved to this town that isn't small, it's more like a city, but not quite. Anyway, I moved here to get away from my parents who stopped caring about me after I turned sixteen. Now it's Christmas Eve and I have nowhere and nothing to do and I don't have a lot of money.
"You know I'm surprised that you decided to move to Colorado since you love Texas so much."
