You Have Been Trained To Be Broke
You Have Been Trained To Be Broke So I think in the school system they don't want us to learn about money because they just want to pump out good employees that do what they're told. I mean if you look at school it's opposite of what it takes to be successful in real life. Don't make a mistake do as you're told, take tests by yourself, don't cooperate do it by yourself, do it on your own and the last thing was oh there's only one right answer. No there's tons of answers to a problem so you come out of school scared to death of making a mistake. You do everything on your own, you don't cooperate there's no Synergy there's no brainstorming and there's only one right answer. Everybody wants to get the right answer, there's no one right answer. So I think people come out of school paralyzed. I think the school system is criminal, in that it kills a child's spirit of learning, you know some, a child goes into school all excited about yeah I'm going to learn and it's going to be great and then the teacher says sit down and shut up don't talk we don't care what you're interested in. Did anybody in school ever ask you, did a teacher ever ask you what are you interested in? They never did so they just teach you what they want to teach you instead of finding out what the child is interested in and teaching to that. So I think Kids come out of school scared to death of making a mistake, they come out paralyzed, they don't know what they want to do because they're spirit and their creativity has been crushed inside of them. So you almost have to do a whole reprogramming once you get out of school. So you can find out what it is that that excites you, where your passion is? When Robert and I had our first date back in 1984 yes in Hawaii okay he said what do you want to do with your life? I had been fired twice from the same job out of college twice, on the same job? yep, they fired me and they hired me back and they fired me again and I knew I wanted my own business. So on our first date he said what do you want to do with your life and I said I want my own business but I don't know anything about entrepreneurship but I've never been around entrepreneurs and Robert said well I've started several businesses and all my friends are entrepreneurs. I'm like great perfect, so two months later I started my first business the funniest thought I had coming from an employee was oh now is my time, I'll do it whenever I want, and I'll have all this free time and it's going to be on my schedule, wrong, no you work 24 7. I had no free time and I'm like okay so that was a myth I had, but that was my mindset as an employee that where you work nine to five. Oh now I can get up and I can start at 11. And you know if I want to work at night I can work at night, no you're working especially when you're starting a business it's 24 7. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of Hearts it is not because you're always pushing the envelope right and the purpose of an entrepreneur is to solve problems, so every day something happens and you're like oh I didn't expect that and you got to deal with it. And I also say entrepreneurship is the fast track to personal development because it's a day right to your face, you're facing something right here, it's like oh man and you can't back down from it. You gotta deal with it they say like 50 of businesses fail and I think what happens for a lot of first-time business owners they're coming out of a job so they're coming out of an employee mindset. And I know this one guy for example in Phoenix Arizona and he decided he was going to start his own business and he had been an employee all his life so what's the first thing he does? He goes and rents a nice office space but then he buys all the nice furniture, then he gets a secretary. He hasn't made not one dollar and he spends all this, because he thinks that's what an entrepreneur looks like, go make the money first, then go rent your office, if you even need an office start out of your home. We all started, all the entrepreneurs, successful entrepreneurs I know all started out of their home, but a lot of people I see they quit their job, they start their part-time business and because they're struggling for money they make bad decisions because they're just trying to find how to put money in their pocket to keep their business alive. So I think if you are an employee that's a smart way to go, what you just said to start a part-time business, start learning What It Takes. You got to get the reality of what it takes and I came across a study and it was a study of centenarians, people that lived over a hundred and they wanted to find what were the common denominators and they found three, and one was they had a sense of purpose, it didn't matter how big or small but they had a sense of purpose, number two they were optimistic and number three was resiliency. How well you come back from a setback when you hit that wall? do you fall down? do you get up? you go through it and I'm like those seem like the three characteristics of a good entrepreneur. To me sense of purpose, optimistic and resilient, if you're not resilient and you can't persevere do not become an entrepreneur. They're so afraid to venture out on their own and not have the security of that paycheck. You know a lot of times we say if you got, if you have a full-time job, keep your full-time job, start a part-time business and and work it, look at what you do in your spare time, and people go, I have no spare time. Well yes you do, if you broke it out, how much are you watching TV, how much are you on your iPhone playing video games doing things that really are not important, and take that time and channel it into the business that you want to create and finding out what's most meaningful to you, because once you can discover what's most meaningful, then decisions and life becomes so much easier, because there's more joy, there's more better communication with relationships, they don't teach any of this in school, they just say sit down do as you're told take the test by yourself and don't make a mistake and so I think a lot of people they don't want to be uncomfortable, they don't want to get out of their comfort zone and the only way we grow and learn is by stretching ourselves and getting out of our comfort zone even by a little bit. Emerson said this is not the exact quote but something to the effect of if you're not facing something you fear every day you don't understand the secret of life because that's where growth and transformation happens yeah so and I hate making mistakes just like everybody else. I hate failing but that's where we learn the most, if we can take the lesson of the failure, can take the lesson of the mistake and learn from it then we get much smarter and it's not about do what you love and the money will follow it's not that, it's do what you love, where is the problem you're solving? where can you be a contribution? then you work your butt off and then the money will come. Amen. I can agree with that but I just like, I like having,I like thinking of making a contribution versus just selling a product right and I'll say one other thing a lot of people say. You know I really want to make a difference in the world, and I think my product or my service is going to make that difference, but they're not willing to charge money for it or really turn it into a business. If you've got a product or service and you really feel it's going to help people and help the masses then you have a responsibility to make your business successful so that people hear about you and to get it out to the world. What If There Were Life After Death?
What If There Were Life After Death? No one can say with any certainty what happens after we die. And it's the one unknown all of us will face. So what if our existence wasn't temporary? What if there was life after death? How long can your brain live after you die? Could your loved ones still communicate with you and does your body contain the zombie gene? This is what if and here's what would happen if there were life after death. According to a study in the year 2013 72 of americans believe in an afterlife and some people like professor robert lanza have proposed a theory that death is just a figment of our imagination. The theory states that death has no actual boundaries that define it and therefore it just isn't real in the sense that you've been trained to accept we perceive the sky as blue but if the cells in our brain changed to make us think the sky was green. Our perception of reality could all be faulty programming. So is the sky blue? or is it all just in our heads? If our final moments on earth are all just an illusion does that mean you can come back from death? At what point do you stop living and become dead? First remember that death is a process not an absolute and for 95 percent of people the process starts when the heart stops beating. After that your breathing stops and your muscles lose tension it's just a matter of time before your brain shuts down, but you're not on the other side yet. A study called aware awareness during resuscitation, looked at thousands of survivors of cardiac arrest who had been pronounced dead. Some of the people interviewed recalled the exact moments of their death and they reported seeing and hearing the events leading to their resuscitations. How is that possible? Well it turns out that your brain can remain alive for up to 10 minutes after your heart stops, that means you might hear the doctor declaring you dead. Nine percent of people who had a near-death experience described floating above their body tethered by an invisible string, while you might hear everything going on ,your body would remain dead without oxygen or blood pumping to your organs but what would be going on inside you? Well while rigor mortis sets in and your muscles begin to stiffen. Other cells would just be getting to work over the next 12 hours, your body would start to shut down fully and during this time some genes stimulate inflammatory cells called glial cells to clean the inside of your brain. These cells would continue to expand and thrive while your body grows colder and your other systems shut down. These zombie genes would grow arm-like appendages and develop while the genes in your brain disintegrate but once you're dead would your loved ones ever be able to communicate with you again? Before the development of infrared photography, seances were common among family and friends who wanted to speak to their dead loved ones. Now we have the technology to prove a fake spiritual encounter, but since we don't have definitive proof of life after death it's understandable that many people find peace in the thought of talking to their dearly departed but what if we did have proof of what happens after death. I mean if we could prove that something else was waiting for us after we leave our bodies, our perceptions of this life might grow dim but the end of our lives may not be a spiritual experience at all, instead of seeing a white light you might see ones and zeros ray kerswell. Director of engineering at google predicts that we could upload digital copies of our brains online if your consciousness was uploaded into the cloud. Your mind would live on as long as the server lasts so you might want to think of paying for some backup storage if we could prove that. There is life after death, you might view yourself and your life with a renewed sense of wonder and appreciation for what you have now but what if you didn't have the time to appreciate your life on earth? What if you only lived for 24 hours? Well that's a story for another what if ? Please don’t forget to subscribe to this channel for more edifying content. Thank you.

What The Earth Is Really Standing On
What The Earth Is Really Standing On. The Real Truth In the beginning God created the Heaven and Earth. Some believe in the Big Bang, but it is quite impossible for life to have Arisen as a result of a collision. There is a superior intelligence behind the creation, and it is God. There have been many wonders in the universe, and one of such is the position of the earth and what sustains it. What exactly holds the Earth in Balance? What are the things responsible for its accuracy and precision? From a scientific perspective the Earth is not standing on anything it is a Celestial body that is floating in space and moving in its orbit around the Sun. The force of gravity keeps the Earth in its orbit around the sun, and it also holds the Earth together and prevents it from flying apart. In a more metaphorical sense, some people might say that the Earth is standing on the shoulders of giants, meaning that it is built upon the knowledge and achievements of those who came before us. Others might say that the Earth is standing on a foundation of love compassion and mutual understanding, which are essential for maintaining a healthy and thriving Global community. The question is what is the real truth? Is the earth merely hanging in space? What force is responsible for this? let's delve into the truth. The mystery of how the Earth was made was revealed. long ago in the Holy Bible, but many have trivialized its authenticity and Authority. According to the Bible the force that makes the Earth float in space has been revealed and is captured in the Book of Psalms 24. The Earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof; the world and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the Seas and established it upon the floods. According to this scripture, God founded the Earth upon the Seas and established it upon the floods. what does this mean? could it be that there is a connection between the Earth and the water bodies? If that is so, where are the pillars or means of identification? If indeed God founded the Earth upon the Seas and established it upon the floods, what state of matter is it? This leads us to another mystery we all know that water exists in three states solid, liquid and gas. According to the water cycle, water turns into vapor and then condenses to form rain. These are invisible water forces or let me say gaseous water forces, yet we all believe in them. Don't you think the energy that sustains the Earth could be these invisible water forces? If the Bible said God founded the Earth upon the Seas and established the Earth upon the floods, it could only mean that the Seas provide invisible energy that sustains the Earth, which is responsible for how it floats in space. According to science it is confirmed, that the Seas have a huge amount of energy. That's why air Roots avoid flying so long above the oceans due to potential problems and crashes. God is an intelligent being, and how he linked the invisible energy of the Seas and floods to establish the earth needs further research. However this is what the Bible says and it is the truth. Please let us know what you think in the comments section, don't forget to subscribe to this channel for more edifying content, also don’t forget to like and share to loved ones to know the truth, see you next time. God bless you.

How The Internet Is Changing Our Brain
How the Internet is Changing Our Brain Just imagine what life would be without the internet? Some of us actually remember the time before everything was connected but the thought of living without smartphones maps where search engines ran at our fingertips now seems completely alien to us but how is our increasing reliance on the online world affecting us. Our relationships sources of information in the way we interact with each other is rapidly changing and there are even noticeable effects occurring within our brains with more and more devices relying on the internet. It's no surprise that worldwide access is continually increasing in 2016 an estimated 3.5 billion people across the world access online services. The top three countries were China with 721 million users followed by India and then the US with 290 million users. By far the most common language used online is English followed by Chinese and Spanish. The reliance on using the Internet is clearly changing across generations mainly depending on those who had to adapt to the new technology or those who grew up with that being readily accessible Generation X Internet users who were born between the mid 1960s and early 1980s logged an average of a hundred and ten minutes of mobile internet usage each day while Millennials who were born from the early 80s onward and grew up with the internet locked in the average of a hundred and eighty five minutes per day. Social media and messaging apps have become crucial to how we live our lives and communicate with more than a billion people regularly using apps like whatsapp and even more using platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, now with increasing use of Internet services it seems only natural that our behavior is changing as well communication through these platforms is far more common which means phone calls and text messages are dropping in popularity and the use of online shopping and services has caused a sharp decline in the uses of traditional high street stores our towns and cities are starting to look very different to a few decades ago and this can all be attributed to what's now available online so how is all this affecting our brains with such a wealth of information at our fingertips the prevalence of the Internet is changing away our work millenials for example have been found to be far more forgetful than previous generations this is thought to be a direct result of the constant distractions that connectivity brings the basic principle behind memory is that the more a piece of information is repeated and thought about in your short-term memory the stronger its stored within your long-term memory constant new information however prevents this process from taking place as effectively and far less is permanently stored further to this the knowledge that information is readily available online means that you're less likely to form a memory of it while previous generations would have memorized directions on a map for example now there's a reliance on being able to access this GPS app on your fault we're also becoming more addicted to our smartphones constant glances to check for messages where updates means that we're becoming more and more used to developing a habit of being distracted our brains are less used to transitioning into deeper modes of thinking which makes it more difficult to do this when we need to some research has also shown that the constant flow of information has meant that we are losing cognitive control this means not only is our ability to control our minds reducing but also our ability to decide what we're thinking about the more you rely on your phone and an app to provide information to you the less you are able to determine what's important to focus on we are increasingly more concerned with information that's new as opposed to what's actually important so what can be done although technology is clearly affecting the way our brains work it's not necessarily a bad thing throughout history inventions have always enabled us to focus less on one thing so our time can be used somewhere else washing machines for example means that people spend far less time on cleaning clothes so these extra hours each day are taken up by work or other activities similarly so the ability to communicate and find information much faster on the internet means that we have extra mental capacity for other processes still reducing our screen time can help to keep our brains more active and malleable and it's a good idea to be aware of how much time you're spending on distractions each day so my advice to keep track of how much time you're spending a lie and you know unplug every once in a while you .
