PCR
Polymerase chain-reaction Polymerase chain-reaction is a kind of nucleic acid-test which is very popular and effective method for this purpose as it is fast method with high sensitivity and possess greater specificity as well that’s why, it is considered and believed as the ‘gold standard’ for the prognosis of this contagious viral infection. For SARS-Cov-2, reverse transcriptase-PCR is considered more reliable due to some of its benefits. It is specific as well as it involves simple qualitative-assay. It is also known as biological reaction in which we use DNA molecules or specific set of genes to develop a new kind of material. Early diagnosis of infection is made possible by the real-time RT-PCR as it has adequate sensitivity to help us get through this. So, it is declared and considered as the main method to find the causative agent of this viral infection. But alone this method is not sufficient to detect that the virus as it may give false-positive as well as false-negative results and thus the reliability of this method is not the hundred percent. Both methods real-time RT-PCR along with clinal characteristics can help and facilitates the infected patients in this regard. Other factors are also involved which tells about the inconsistency of the method real-time RT-PCR. Many challenges have to be faced by the scientists and researchers when it comes to the diagnosis and the detection of this SARS-Cov-2 by using the RT-PCR method. This method can be benefit us by showing the limitations that has been observed in the obtained results and hints at the areas where the improvements and changes can be made to better the prognosis of the patients that could save lives.

Treatment of Viral Diseases part-2
Nanotechnology to combat coronavirus Through many years and decades of evolution, many viruses have acquired different molecular mechanisms to enter the cells. They go through different modification mechanisms, inhibition and activation before entering into the cells and alter the defense mechanism of the host. They possess the ability to transfer genes into the host genome. By this natural ability of viruses, they are used for medicinal purposes. Gene-therapy is made possible by the recombinant viral-vectors. Drug-delivery systems are also inspired by looking at the natural capability of these viruses. In nanomedicine, researchers have worked on designing the various nanosystems which can copy the gene-transfer capacity and the high infectivity shown by viral vectors. Molecular mechanisms can be studied and learned in order to develop various delivery systems in the nanomedicine. Cancer therapy and other regenerative medicine use delivery systems that have been developed by biomedical researchers. Nanotechnology develop different delivery tools that are virology inspired tools. It is also useful in fighting against the dangerous viruses.

Crops
Major Crops of Pakistan Pakistan is an agricultural country. Almost 70% of its economy depends upon agriculture. We categorized the main crops of Pakistan into two major sections, Rabi and Kharif. The season of Rabi crop ranges from October to December and it harvested in summer season from April to June. Main products of these crops are wheat, barley and some soil seeds. While the Kharif crop begins at the time of summer and harvested during winter season. For Example rice, jowar, maize etc. In Pakistan we grow such crops to meets the requirements of the growing population and also do some trading to make money. We export a major portion of our crop to other countries to strengthen our economy. In short we can say that Pakistan produce two types of crop one is food crop and other one is cash crop. Wheat, rice, maize are examples of such types of crops that are used to satisfy the basic needs of the society. Thus these crops are called food crops. Other crops are grown to make profit like cotton. Pakistan is considered one of the top exporters of cotton crop. In this way we may profit by exporting crop to other countries. Now we will discuss some major crops of Pakistan.

Treatment of Viral Disease
Role of Nanotechnology in treatment of COVID-19 This viral outbreak requires some therapeutic strategies that are effective enough to fight against corona virus. Currently no official drugs have been announced by World Health Organization to treat Corona virus. On the base of experience some clinical and pharmaceutical experts suggests some antiviral medications and they have been used for clinical trials. These immunomodulatory and antiviral drugs include remdesivir, oseltamivir, favipiravir, darunavir/cobicistat, mycophenolate, tocilizumab, interferon, teicoplanin, convalescent plasma, and ribavirin, etc. The Food and Drug Administration on 28 March 2020, issued the oral formulation of Chloroquine Phosphate coupled with Hydroxychloroquine Sulphate to treat the corona virus disease. According to the current published literature in Belgium includes some guidelines that are supported and recommended from Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland and France. In these guidelines they recommend the use of Hydroxyquine, Remdesivir, and Tocilizumab along with medical care and ventilation system. China and Japan used Favipiravir to treat influenza from decades, is also under COVID-19 treatment use. Chinese meditation also plays an important role to treat corona virus along with the proposed drugs. Shuanghuanglian is an oral liquid approved by Chinese academy of sciences in the treatment of SARS-CoV-2. This oral liquid has antiviral and antibacterial properties and contains compounds such as baicalin and chlorogenic acid. At present as such no specific drug is used to treat virus but some are in the process of clinical trials.

SARS CoV2
Literature Survey about SARS-CoV2 The utmost priority for a vaccine to be formulated is the safety. It is strictly examined that the vaccine should not produce serious side effects in the body of patient upon which it is applied. The second priority is the efficacy of the vaccine. This virus may be shown with the symptoms ranging from mild sore throat to patient being hospitalized. In the wake of recent outbreak of Covid-19, the research conducted on SARS-CoV is again under consideration in order for a suitable vaccine to be introduced before it impacts far more severely. The work on designing of new vaccines for SARS-CoV was ceased as no new cases emerged and reported. So the efforts made in the past for designing the vaccine for MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV has again caught the eyes of biologists because of great demand of research on it. The genealogical studies told that SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 have quite similar sequence of genes. This is also because that a good vaccine is required to be formulated in a very short period of as the pandemic has captured the people around the globe. The great investment is required for developing the vaccine. So the studies conducted in the past are appreciated to save time, money etc.

Applications of Nanotechnology
Nanotechnology current applications used to treat the pandemic As we have discussed later, nanotechnology multiple products are available commercially including healthcare, medicine and cosmetics. A number of physical and chemical properties of the nanoparticles provide ample opportunities to deal with the current pandemic and control its further spread. When we impregnated nanoparticles in any material surface of fixed support, the surface area of the material increased. That activity may lead to the enhanced stability and durability of the material. Nanoparticles are highly used in polymer and textile industry for the development of personal protective equipment (PPE) as well as for packaging and medical textiles. Nanoparticles in solution form can be used for sanitization purposes, for coating the contaminated surfaces and in the therapeutic applications. In this way multiples nanoparticles are used for diagnosis and detection.

"Nanotechnology"
Role of Nano technology to fight against COVID-19 Introduction Nanotechnology is considered as emerging field and proves helpful in different areas of life including Medicine, Agriculture and in the field of bio-labeling. Nanotechnology and Nano medicine have an excellent potential to deal with the various human health problems. It is emerging day by day and has a scientific importance from past few decades and comes up with new challenges. It changes the life by providing the vast number of solutions for the emerging problems. Furthermore it can be used in the area of gene therapy, Drug delivery and in the treatment of cancer. Nanoparticles having same size and physical characteristics as the virus, but somehow virus is considered as the smart and efficient nanoparticle. As the nanoparticle has a small size and large surface area to interact with the material, it has a large number of physical, chemical and to some extent biological properties. Nanotechnology comes up with the solution to the main problem of this outbreak. It has the small size and easily interacts with the targeted molecule and manipulates it. When we done diagnosis the whole procedure done on nanoscale. Hand held devices are used to operate these systems that are easy to operate and workable. This technology provides us with some benefits such as it shows rapid result and detects the disease at early stages. It also reduces the amount of the chemical reagent. Nanotechnology also plays a protective role and reduces the degradation of anti-infecting agents and prevents the accumulation of viral agents within the body.

Covid-19 part-5
Drawbacks of 1st Generation Vaccine Some disadvantages associated with this vaccine are that the virus are restored to its previous active or mutated form and can affect the host all over again with intensified impact. It also does not suit the hosts or most of the population and the vaccination is required at multiple time in order to reverse the effects of infection. Hence, proper vaccination and dosage are needed to be recommended.
