A HOLY PEAR-ING
I would like to share a fruity tale that should leave a nice taste in your mouth. With the reduction of the Covid-19 restrictions, the venders at the local produce markets had returned to peddle their goods. I would like to mention, my father was a chef; thus, I was brought up with the mindset to purchase fresh produce to enhance the flavor of a meal.

THAT'S A BUNCH OF BULL
Covid is still being covid, and I was feeling a bit cooped up in the house. It was time for me to do something I had not done in a while like visiting a Sports Bar. A Sports Bar is the perfect place to visit during Olympic competitions. There is only one problem, choosing a sport, there are so many channels and so many events to watch. Nevertheless, it is a good problem, just being among fellow sportsmen and women is reward enough. Entering the bar, I noticed the atmosphere was very jubilant and festive. In the background, there was an assortment of TVs with various Olympic programming.

CHRISTMAS WITHOUT THE MARIGOLD I don’t have to tell you, we are still currently experiencing a grim milestone in history, dealing with the trials and tribulations of the Covid-19 pandemic; over half of a million Americans are dead, and the virus is still raging with the new delta version. These are dark times and we’re headed straight into another covid Christmas Season.

SHARK WEEK It’s now July 11th and the time for discovery which means watching many of the TV channels, spearheaded by the Discovery Channel, to take part in the annual event celebrating Shark Week. If you didn’t know, Shark Week is an annual week-long TV programming block created by Tom Golden at the Discovery Channel, which features shark-based programming. Shark Week originally premiered on July 17, 1988, and has been celebrated every year from its’ original airing.

THE GREADA TREATY EISENHOWER'S 1954 MEETING WITH EXTRATERRESTRIALS On the night and early hours of February 20 - 21, 1954, while on a 'vacation' to Palm Springs, California, President Dwight Eisenhower went missing and allegedly was taken to Edwards Air force base, previously Muroc Airfield, for a secret meeting and signed the Greada Treaty. When he showed up the next morning at a church service in Los Angeles, reporters were told that he had to have emergency dental treatment the previous evening and had visited a local dentist. Eisenhower's assumed dentist later appeared at a function that evening.

He developed ideas and technologies which were far ahead of his time. Many argue that Tesla singlehandedly created the 21st century.
