The World of Anythought
Everyone in the world is born with a secret. Some have more than one. Some have two or three, but every smiling, crying, bright eyed little human has at least one. In fact, one of the reasons a baby’s laugh is so infectious is because it reminds us of our own secret, even if we’ve forgotten what it was. One enterprising psychiatrist called this feeling an “inner child”, wrote a book, marketed his therapy techniques and made quite a bit of money. But really, all he did was help his patients reconnect with their inner secret.

Kitten the Princess
I have reached that august age where I have memories of having memories. Some of these are very clear pictures in my head and some are fuzzy with almost mercurial details. I wonder at times if I still remember them correctly or not. One of these memories is my first story.

August 12, 2023 Our 16th anniversary. The porcelain anniversary. No, it’s not on anyone’s list of official gifts and we wouldn’t know about or follow it if it were. This was just the year that our gift to each other was a replacement toilet in the main downstairs half bath that everyone in the house, including visitors, tended to use most.
