Love Walked In
Oscar Peterson was known as the Maharaja of the Keyboard by Duke Ellington and many other people. He was a Canadian jazz piano legend. For the longest time, I have longed to play the piano like he does. However, I never had the confidence to pursue jazz on the piano until recently. Tea Shop Recommendation: Vahdam India
I have always enjoyed a hot cup of tea. I grew up drinking orange pekoe grade black tea with a splash of milk and a spoonful of sugar. I hated going to school for many reasons, but one of them was that I couldn’t make myself a cup of tea at school. Whenever I was sick, my mom made me a cup of tea to make me feel better. Whenever I see PG Tips tea bags, I am reminded of my mom. All four of my mom’s grandparents came to Canada from England, and we’ve kept the tea-drinking tradition alive here.

Ferrets in the Time of Corona
I am an animal-lover. I am vegetarian. I volunteered at a cat shelter for a long time. I feed the squirrels in my backyard forest with my mom. I help my mom name the squirrels. We have never gone without cats at home. I have been volunteering with an organization which benefits the rainforests of Costa Rica, as well, as their recording secretary for the board of directors.
