Inspiration Behind Jurassic Park's Velociraptors
Jurassic Park is a well-loved classic that brought dinosaurs into all our hearts back in the 90s. Renowned for it’s never before seen integration of CGI and Animatronic Figures into live action scenes; the magic of Steven Spielberg’s cinematography and Michael Crichton’s beloved characters all made this film a masterpiece. Of course, we cannot leave out a special mention to our timeless dinosaurs, which with each passing year, a new inaccuracy is found with their on-screen portrayal; most notoriously, the Velociraptors.

Still haven't found what I'm looking for
I still haven’t found what I’m looking for. And I’m not trying to reference the U2 song here. Okay, maybe a little. At the age of 18, fresh out of education, I went to work in the hospitality industry. Starting out as a waiter, then supervisor and now assistant manager, I’ve made decent progression for sure. I’ve been doing this since scratch, my first job that I never left - I’m part of the furniture - and over half a decade later: I’m still here. Same place, down the road, where I know everything and everyone like the back of the hand. I’m still here.

What happened to you?
Entering the diner, the smell of crisp coffee and overly sweet maple syrup filled the elderly man’s nostrils. Pulling his beanie off his bald head and unzipping his winter coat and placing the two on the coat hanger, he rolled his shoulders, bones clicking, scanning the room.
