Dr. Michael Estes | Seven awesome tips that will help you get better at baseball
Once again, a warm welcome to all, all my favorite people! I am Dr.Michael Estes, an all-time father, a seasoned physician, owner of Intessa Okemos, a loving husband, a boat restoration enthusiast, a dog lover, and as well a baseball specialist. I love baseball with all my soul and a burning passion for pitching and hitting balls up in the sky. My friends and I have spent most of our academic years religiously admiring baseball as a sport, fangirling about our favorite pitchers, and worshipping NYC! (NYC has a special place in my heart!) The people in my friend circle and I used to mostly spend our free time on either the stairs or the field. When we were pursuing my bachelor's from the very prestigious California State University, Long Beach, in 1999, the readers who know who have read my previous blog probably know about coach Michael Shawn. He used to really push us to our limits and encourage us with his pitching stories. My roommates and I were regular attendees of his everyday practice sessions and soon got into playing baseball for our team.

Dr Michael Estes | Racing on sand dunes
Hello amigos! Again I am Dr Michael Estes here, a practicing physician, full-time husband, a loving father, and an offroad maniac. Last time I read you guys the story of my friend and I restoring a motorboat in our leisure. This time I bring the only other thing than boat restoration, which drives me crazy, and that is off-roading. So whenever I get time off from being an Emergency Response Medicine Doctor and a general physician in different hospitals and medical institutions, I go out with friends on an off-roading trip in our truck. Last year some of my friends, including Alc and their kids, went to sand dunes for off-roading and some racing. I took my wife and our dog poochie with me in our old GMC red truck. Poochie really likes going out with us and often peeps out of the window for his "barking at trees"session.
Dr. Michael Estes | Restoring motorboats with passion
Hello readers! I am Dr. Michael Estes, a Lansing area doctor, a physician, a husband, a father, Owner of Intessa Marijuana Clinic in Okemos and a boat restoration enthusiast. Besides being a full-time Emergency Response Medicine Doctor and a general physician in different hospitals and medical institutions, I also crave beautiful aquatic rides like a motorboat. My zeal for boats and restoring vehicles and motorboats kicked in when I was pursuing my bachelor's in Biology and Physiology, along with a minor in Chemistry from the esteemed California State University, Long Beach, in 1999. I fairly remember those years when I used to devote all my leisure time to monthly boat magazines like yachting and wooden boats. My roommates and I were complete motor boat freaks and had bought tones of boat magazine subscriptions, but the fact all those subscriptions were bought under the name of Michael Estes grants me the real authority over those magazine piles (You hear that frank!). Those were the days when I was still an undergraduate, but today over the years have passed, but my affinity for yachts and motorboats has not even subsided by a bit. The gleaming beauties of the 90s, like the Albin 48 Cutter and Azimut 54 Flybridge, still get me to go head over heels when I gaze then.
