A glass of Merlot before bed
Sehreen Daniels was from Fort Worth, Texas. She had lived there all her life, having never left the Metroplex area, not even for a vacation. She lived with her sister and her sisters husband in a small house in the Fort Worth Suburbs. The house was located in a little town called Watauga where she worked as the manager of the local Wal-Mart Store. Her sister worked for a huge marketing firm in Dallas. Her name was Sharry Daniels. Their mother had spelled their names a special way as a sign that her girls were special. Sehreen sometimes thought her mother had made a mistake spelling her name special because there was nothing special about herself. Sharry had all the special. Little did she know things were about to change.

Modern Schitt's Creek Family
Who remembers Modern Family? Of course we do. That was a great show wasn't it? We all loved Modern Family. Remember there was Sofia Vergara as Gloria and her husband Ed O'Neill as Jay Pritchett. ( He also played Al in Married With Children. Lol.) They had a son named Manny, played by Rico Rodriguez. There were great characters on that show. That's why we all loved it, because it wasn't one of those type shows that made you say things like- "No way!" - or - "That would never happen". Instead, Modern Family was down to Earth. Real people dealing with real life and real issues. When we watched Modern Family we would say things like- "That's right sister! You said it !"- or - " Isn't that the truth!". It was a show that we all could identify with in some way. I'm sure there was an episode or three that we all could relate too. It was fun to watch and when it went of the air, it was a sad day. Let's see a show of hands of those who got a little teary-eyed watching the last episode? I know, me too.

The Secrets of Ecuador
Ecuador is a small country at the top left hand side of South America. Most people don't give it much thought, but Ecuador holds a Pandora's Box of cool, unique, amazing things. From the ancient Inca's to the present day, it has a lot to offer. The name Ecuador means Equator. The Equator is an invisible line that goes all the way around the Earth at its middle. It separates the North and South Hemisphere. Strange things occur here because of that. Due to the Earths rotation the North and South Hemisphere are at gravitational opposites. When Your in Ecuador and you walk down the painted stripe on the ground that represents the Equator, you will find it hard to walk and keep your balance. You are being pulled in two different directions. In the United States when you drain a sink or a bath tub, the water will spin as it goes down the drain. In the Northern Hemisphere water spins counterclockwise. In the Southern Hemisphere water spins clockwise. This is called the Coriolis Effect. Thus, the hurricane vs. the typhoon.
