It is so Hard to Find a Doctor
I've seen four doctors over the past year. They all had poor bedside manner or who I thought were incompetent. I don't have health insurance so it's important for me to find one I can easily talk too. I wasted too much time and money seeing these other doctors. What's that saying? "Time is money". It sure is.

The Plagiarist
I was once considered one of the best artists in the world. The critics were unanimous in their praise for my work. I received accolades from all of the media outlets. Newspapers, TV networks, and all social media. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and many more displayed my work. I was a force to be reckoned with in my field. My early work was not as well liked as my later projects. Seems fair enough due to it being in the earliest stages of my career. But someone has to start from something, right? And from that tiny seedling had grown a giant tree. A tree many have tried to topple and failed. Yes these artists were very talented but much of their work borrowed elements from my own. They couldn't create anything truly original. Quite frankly, they all plagiarized my work.

The Mirror
The Mirror It all started on moving day. I’ve moved so many times prior to finding this house. This was an old place, a big fixer-upper located on the south side of Chicago. My wife Janet loved it immediately and when she says she wants something, I’ll do my best to get it for her. I love her after all. Not only that, Janet saved me. She literally saved me from death. Some years ago I attempted suicide. I am forever in her debt and was lucky it was Janet, a paramedic, who saved me. She saved my life twice that night: not only from death but also giving me something worth living for.

The Invitation
Tonight I am having a dinner party. The invitations have been sent and all were answered. I am so pleased everyone came. This night means so much to me. Perhaps it may not mean as much to you my friend as it does to me. Not initially anyways. Tonight is extremely special to me. But if it doesn't strike you as much as it does to me, don't let this deter you. Just because tonight may not have as much significance for you as it does for me, does not make this experience any less unique for you. You may not know this but you will play a vital role in tonight's festivities. I mean to be a gracious host and I do feel honored that you have decided to attend. It may not seem such a big deal to you now, but you will understand why I feel honored for your presence before the night ends.

The Decision
The day he dreaded has come. The decision. A decision once made which transformed his life for the worse. The decision which cost him everything. His wife left him. His children disowned him. The community he cherished ostracized him. He is alone. But maybe that could change if he makes the right choice this time.
