The Internet Scam
Note: This is the first issue of Soul Exchange - Life as a Vampyre Influencer Series. All my Soul Exchange chapters/series are connected. Even when each series can be read independently, you will find that some characters would be mentioned from the other series. If you have not checked out House of Trials yet and you are curious about it, come read the Prologue here. Fun Fact: The Soul Exchange universe was born from my recurring dreams and nightmares. Each chapter is inspired by the new scenes I see in my sleep.
There are no monsters tonight
Note from me - Before you read: Hi, thank you for checking out: There are no monsters tonight. I truly appreciate it. This story is an excerpt from my nightmares, and although some of my dreams or nightmares are fun, there are those just like this that would haunt me during my waking hours. In this dream, I heard this kid's voice that desperately called for help. Unfortunately, by the time I got there, they were no longer there. P.S. Although this short is fictional, some aspects of it can be triggering. Reader discretion is highly advised.
What lies beyond
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. Klthyli had been obsessively reading the same sentence for a few days now. During her daily exploration of the galaxies, she found the tattered leather-bound notebook floating in the void. From reading its entries, the journal belonged to a human—a species that thrived on a small blue planet, which the humans referred to as Earth, just at the corner of the HCC-14056 Galaxy—Milky way.
House of Trials - The Rogue
Note: This is the third issue of Soul Exchange - House of Trials. If you have not read the previous chapters, here they are: Prologue (1st issue) and Save the Dogs (2nd issue). Fun Fact: House of Trial is the product of my repetitive nightmare. "Eliza" (I never really caught her name) was a character in my dream. In these nightmares, I'm an invisible bystander that was assigned to her, and my only job is to watch her adventures without intervening! Of course, this series is not the replica of my nightmares, and details were changed to keep the plot moving. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy watching over Eliza just like I did in my dreams.
The Last Destination
Disclosure: This short may contain sensitive issues. Reader discretion is advised. I woke up to the sound of my snores, and when my eyes fluttered open, I was greeted by a grinning eight-year-old child ready to poke my cheek with a used chopstick. He was wearing a tattered Grim Reaper Halloween costume, his hair was haphazardly combed back which made his cowlick stick up, and dried mud was smeared on his cheek.
House of Trials - Save the Dogs
Hello Readers! First and foremost, I would like to thank you for checking out my series Soul Exchange House of Trials. This series follows Eliza's "adventure" as the Celestial Council's Director. You may also find that this series would refer back to Soul Exchange Case Files. Don't worry! I would also put a hyperlink that would lead you to the related Case File Issue Number. P.S. this is the second issue of this series. If you have not read the first issue yet, click here. Warning: this chapter contains very mature themes. Reader discretion is HIGHLY advised.
House of Trials - Prologue
Warning: This contains mature themes, violence, death, and murder. Reader discretion is HIGHLY advised. Eliza rubbed her eyes as she took a sip from her tenth coffee of the day. She was exhausted and barely had three hours of sleep. She wished that her caffeine consumption was the culprit but in reality, it was her never-ending work from the Council that kept her from getting a goodnight’s sleep.
