'Star Wars' Has Revealed Shocking Details About The Fett Bloodline
If there's one thing the Star Wars TV shows have been good at, it's their ability to continue the stories of characters who only appear briefly throughout the main film series and even resurrect ones long believed dead, such as the case with Darth Maul in The Clone Wars and Boba Fett in The Mandalorian.

Why Slave I Is The Best Ship In 'Star Wars'
The Star Wars universe has brought forth many iconic ships and ship designs: the Empire’s fast and agile TIE-fighters with their striking engine sounds, or the mighty star destroyers with their massive firepower. The versatile X-wing fighters or the big Mon Calamari cruisers of the Rebel Alliance. And of course, the Millennium Falcon, the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy.

Next year will mark ten years since George Lucas sold his Star Wars franchise to Disney. Prior to the sale, Lucas imbued his original Star Wars Skywalker saga with his own political beliefs against a sci-fi space opera backdrop. Lucas built his simple story into a multi-billion dollar empire. Despite a board seat as part of the sale, Lucas had no idea how Disney would treat the Star Wars property. Would they keep his message, or would they embed their own?

Exciting Production Update For 'Star Wars: The Acolyte' Series Revealed
Many people are excited for the upcoming Disney+ Star Wars series, and The Acolyte is no different. This will be an exciting turn for the Star Wars franchise. The prequel series focused on Anakin Skywalker and mainly highlighted his time while a Jedi and not a Sith. The Acolyte could give us the chance to see a novice Sith in training. It will also be a “female-centric” series, which will also be a pivot from other previous Star Wars series, though Ahsoka looks to be coming out first. Either way, The Acolyte looks to be breaking new ground in the Star Wars universe. For the first time, a live-action show in the Star Wars universe will led by a woman, both onscreen and behind the scenes, as Leslye Headland has been tasked with leading the upcoming series.

How Palpatine Was Betrayed By His Most Trusted Ally In 'Star Wars'
Sheev Palpatine, aka Darth Sidious, aka "The Senate," is depicted as a very sneaky villain throughout the Star Wars saga. He is able to manipulate the galaxy through political maneuvers, to the point where he makes some people complacent with the idea of an Empire rising and the Jedi being gone. He accomplishes this with many chess pieces on his board. Some people he straight up uses, but some people he has as allies. However, even his closest allies may not be completely trustworthy.

The Reason General Grievous And Anakin Skywalker Never Met During 'The Clone Wars' Series
It is crazy to think that Anakin Skywalker and General Grievous never met during The Clone Wars. Not even once. Despite the fact that Anakin was a Jedi General for the Republic, and General Grievous was, well, a general of the Separatists. From a storytelling standpoint, Anakin is one of the central protagonists, and General Grievous is one of the main antagonists. They also fought a war against each other for three years! I suppose it is a big galaxy, but you would think they would have done battle at least once in their three-year military career. However, there is actually a reason why those two enemies never met each other.

Legends Characters We Need To See In Canon
Following Disney’s acquisition of Star Wars, the story group decided to rebrand the vast majority of the Star Wars Expanded Universe as Legends, thus rendering it non-canon going forward. This decision was met with a sizeable amount of criticism and dissatisfaction from the fan base and understandably so. But as the new canon grows, more and more of these fan favorites are returning in new stories. Sometimes they are identical to their Legends counterparts or they serve as inspiration for new characters. With that in mind, here are five unique characters from Legends that would make great additions to the canon.
