First Prize
"Are you almost ready?" Stefan called from the hallway. "Yes, honey, just finishing up. You won't be late for work this time. Sorry about yesterday," Kaori called from the bathroom as she put the finishing touches of her make-up on to get ready for work herself.

The Best Job Ever
The Best Job Ever: A Macaw Story Waking up had slowly become a laborious chore in the few short weeks since the layoff. The morning hadn’t been since in more than two weeks by this point, and Trent was beginning to wonder if there would be a point to seeing morning again anytime soon. Boss Moms
Boss Moms I feel a little remiss writing about the impactful ways some truly amazing women have left a mark on my life because I feel like the true tribute to them would be a shining example of what could only be categorized as a perfect life, the kind of thing you present to the world from some grandiose platform where you’ve receiving the Nobel Peace Prize for some amazing contribution to society. To be honest, the fact that I’m not accepting such an award may actually leave the below anecdotes anticlimactic because words really won’t do the justice I wish they would in highlighting these people who have blessed my life and that in itself is it’s own kind of tragedy. Having said that, please try to see the rare treasures in these moments from my life and the women who inspired them.

Halloween Party Time
Halloween Party Time Sample Halloween Image Flyer October 31st is the perfect opportunity to have a themed dinner party complete with jello eyeballs floating in spiked punch for guests, Pumpkin treats, and all kinds of gruesome hors d’oeuvres for guests. The DJ for such an event would have their work cut out for them because depending on the age range of attendees, some of the music may be hard pressed to set the mood without having a party theme.

Wicket The Wonder
My boss is an 8-pound Pomeranian with a knack for keeping the office to task. When it comes to characters, I’ve never met another office pet with so much personality during my years in the workforce, and like most bosses, establishing a friendship with this pup has proven to be a challenge for almost every employee that’s ever worked for our company.
