Cheese is an important element of Turkish culinary tradition. They eat cheese from morning to night, usually there will be 1-3 kinds of cheese for breakfast. Lunch is generally healthier, cheese can be used as a side dish, such as a grilled cheese sandwich with cashmere cheese. The coffee ban in Istanbul prohibits cafes instead of drinking coffee
In 1633, the Ottoman Empire Sultan Murad IV (Murad IV) issued a “coffee ban”, which prohibits drinking coffee in public places, regardless of the punishment of violators. He would travel all over Istanbul in disguise, wave his sword, and personally execute those who violated the order.

[Turkish food] What do you eat in Turkey?
Turkish cuisine is one of the three major cuisines in the world. Everyone says that Turkey is full of delicious food. How can you miss it when you travel to Turkey! When walking through the streets and alleys, you will see that many restaurants will send employees to stand at the door and introduce their signature dishes with meal signs. Most of them have a large picture, but the picture quality is poor. They usually can't see what it is ~ some will be equipped with small English translations. It is suggested that friends who are not used to English meal signs should know more common Turkish dish names or direct screenshots before going. If it's a genuine small restaurant, it doesn't even have pictures or English, so when you can recognize the dish name, try to recognize Turkish.

Fried salmon in simple butter
I like grilled salmon, but even though I seem to make salmon salad every week for so many years, I still feel anxious about meat. Recently, however, I started frying fish slices in a pan, which I started cooking for Andy's mother at my father-in-law hospice.

A trip to Turkey, a life in breakfast
Among the countries I have visited, Japan and Turkey have the best breakfast experience. There is no need to say that you are rich and full. Japan is refined and elegant. For example, the fragrant fish is strung on a shelf and baked slowly in a small stone stove. Waiting is also a kind of beauty. Turkey takes the free and unrestrained route. This is the land of milk and honey. The breakfast of a small hotel is laid out, which is amazing for its richness. In the past, it was a typical Mediterranean color system, green and dripping, purple and purplish red, plus deep and shallow cheese white or yellow. Usually, the breakfast restaurant is in the place with the best view in the hotel, and the morning in Turkey is always sunny.
