Interview with a Starlet
I was quite surprised she was willing to sit down with me. She was on a publishing tour through my little town and needed a place to unwind after dealing with the public. I informed her publicist of a low key bar that served the best homemade whiskey and our meeting was set. I had a booth in the back that faced the door. I was ready for the starlet to arrive at any moment.

The Adventures of Travis Walker
The bell hanging in front of the door did its little dance and jingle as an older gentleman passed through the entrance. The man stood there for a few seconds, scanning the room, before removing his sunglasses. He turned to his right and started briskly walking passed the empty booths that led him to the corner booth. There sat, whom Travis Walker assumed was the man he was there to meet, a younger man wearing the agreed upon blank black ball cap. The man, in his mid 30's, was also wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans. 'Incognito' Travis thought with an eye roll. He paused when he got less than a foot from the table.

The Barn
It was a muggy evening. The south was always hot and humid during the summer, but tonight was the worst for Mildred, or Milly to her friends. She was soaked in sweat and more was running out of her pores. Her clothes stuck to her like a wetsuit. The old hay on the ground was sticking to her exposed legs and short shorts, while the new, bundled, hay blocked her from the entrance to the dilapidated barn she was currently hiding in.
