Reviewing Season Two of Umbrella Academy
Season Two being set in the past and the civil rights/JFK era of history is a huge thing right now. Allison being able to make her way into the middle of the civil rights fight is a beautiful way to explain and show the importance of women of color in that time period. I was bugged by Allison’s hair change (I guess it makes sense being that she is a modern lady thrown into the '60s and her style of hair was not normal back then). Giving her a husband during her time in the '60s was a good add, but it only drove a bit of a wedge between her and Luther in my opinion.

A Track by Track Look at Lover by Taylor Swift
This review was originally written in 2018 when the album was released (my first-ever listen to the complete thing). I'm not changing much about it, and I won't apologize for my music-loving self coming out and giving her love for this album. I love Taylor Swift's music and it will be a constant on this blog. This is essentially a review and a message to Taylor regarding how much I enjoyed the album.
