Meditation for the Perpetually Reluctant
There is always a trend with those of us who shuffle around busy and yet aware of what we should be doing; we remark, "oh yeah I'm going to do that." When it comes to things that impact our health on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual plane we are no different. Mainly we just don't know where to start and don't research because we think it will take too long. Of course there are those who procrastinate because they also don't think it'll work in the first place. But there is hope because meditation can be quick and easy plus you will see results immediately.
