Hi. i have been writing since 2017, I find that writing is my safe place, my peace, a part of my heart. I love writing encouraging, inspirational pieces as well as short stories and children's stories. i enjoy family time and relaxation.

Taking care of your mental health
We are living in these uncertain times, It wasn’t that long ago when the new norm was staying home, and having to conform to a nighttime curfew, many people were and some still are out of work, kids were out of school, the whole world was on shut down due to the pandemic. We were told to stay 6 feet apart from each other, and the new form of socializing was by way of video chat, If we had to go out we were told to wear face coverings. So much has transpired in such a short period of time, there are some who are still trying to wrap their heads around all of it, and then there are others who just couldn’t quite take anymore so they decided to take their own lives because, for them, all of this was overwhelming

The downside of the single life
There are so many things to love about the single life, being unattached, not having to answer to anyone, not having to clean up behind a messy mate, having your bed all to yourself, and not having to check in, but there is indeed a downside. Eventually, at some point, you feel alone, you drift into sadness, the feeling of once again wanting someone by your side. Once you get to that place in your singleness, you begin to think of how boring and sad and sucky... ( i know that's not a word) :-) The single life is... it's not all that you thought it was cracked up to be.

I am a girl mom
July of 2021, the month I had been waiting for since the day I found out that I was pregnant with my now 7 month old son. A part of me was convinced that it would be another girl as I already have 2 wonderful daughters so I was pretty adamant that the results would again be Team Pink.

Dear mom
Subtitle: I miss you, there are so many things i wish that i could tell you. There are many relationships that we come to form and establish in life but none more important than that of a mother and daughter relationship, it is intricate and interesting, full of ups and downs, often rocky, super emotional and very complex but none the less these things are what tends to strengthen or destroy that relationship.

The enchanted forest
Copyright ©️ 2020 Christina Stone Once upon a time In the far away land of the fairies there stood an enchanted forest In this forest there lived a gnome, his name was Marlo Sprokett. One windy day marlo decided to go and visit his family so he got dressed and off he went. As marlo was on his way to his family’s house it got really cold and windy out and soon there came a strong gust of wind that blew him right off of his feet, the wind blew him.so far away and off course, he ended up in a part of the forest that he had never seen before. As marlo got back on his feet he looked around to see if there was anyone there who could help him find his way back home.

Lessons on courage
If ever there was a brave female character, it is rightly given to Mulan!. I like Mulan and the story line because she knew that had her father gone to war he would not have made it home and though she was scared she mustered up the determination and the courage to go to war knowing that as a female in an all male army had she been caught the penalty was dishonor to her family so she made it her point of duty to go to battle and do her best to fit in and though she got caught, in the end she ends up bringing honor to her home and to her people.
