Every few years, the nation becomes the center of attention as over 900 million eligible voters head to the polls to choose their representatives. With more than 8,000 candidates vying for 543 seats in the Lok Sabha, India's lower house of Parliament, the electoral process lasts nearly six weeks or 39 days to be exact. The complexity and elaborate nature of India's elections are a testament to its commitment to democracy and ensuring the participation of every eligible citizen.
