Christmas is an intense time of year. Made even worse when you scroll through Instagram and see all these amazing parents coming up with all these amazing Christmas activity ideas for their kids to be doing on the run up to the big day.
Stress is the body's response to stressful situations that are out of your control. These things can include loss, conflicts with family, friends and co-workers or maybe even a stranger; You may find yourself overly busy making excessive commitments that you struggle to handle or you may experience simple communication frustration with a toddler. These are common all common causes of stress along with many other things.
It’s winter and many of us are spending more time indoors this year than we would normally. Staying motivated to do anything in such circumstances can be hard, even more so as the nights draw in and the temperature cools to a level below what is comfortable.

What a year it’s been so far. At the beginning of this year everything went a little bit up in the air, and for a while all my routines and self care went a bit haywire. However, as the year is coming to a close I have found that I have begun to let go of past routines and started to build newer and better ones that support me holistically and in a more positive way.
