Getting Comfortable in the Gym
I used to be terrified of the gym. When I first started going, I didn’t know what to do or where to start. I was extremely afraid of messing up or looking like an idiot. I had it in my head that if people saw me doing something wrong, they’d know that I never really went to the gym.
