I wanted to be like Indiana Jones until I realized that there were probably mosquitos where he did his adventures.
I like basketball, rap music, esports and books.
Mac Miller Is Trying to Keep Swimming
Mac Miller is of a different breed. His debut single "Knock Knock" was released 9 years ago and since then he has transformed from being a Fratboy Rapper to being one of the more creative MC's in the game today, as evident in his last 3 projects GO:OD AM, the divine feminine, and Swimming.

Review- 'Black Panther Soundtrack' Kendrick Lamar
The album for the highly anticipated Black Panther movie is here and it's good... Period... That's it. But seriously, this is a unique album for what I hope is a unique movie. Initially, you get a different vibe from this because it's not credited to "various artists," it's credited to Kendrick. So coming in you know this isn't going to be some weird mash-up of songs that don't really make an album, like a majority of soundtracks.
The Next Big American Media Company
Formerly known as CXSHXNLY, 88 rising is an American multimedia company who has had increased brand recognition in the last year due to their booming record label. The brand has a very Eastern Influence which has helped them differentiate from their peers. The founder, Sean Miyashiro, has said that though music has made them very popular they are "really a media/video content focused company at heart."
Review — Rich Brian 'Amen'
From his breakout hit "Dat $tick" to releasing his first project, from Indonesia to LA and after signing with 88 rising, Brian Imanuel has come a long way in the last two years. This album is 44 minutes long and has the song catalogue of a debut project. The singles off this album are "See Me," "Chaos" and "Glow Like Dat" which I think is the strongest of the singles. The album fills out with a cypher in "Amen," some real life stories like "Kitty" as well as four tracks with features from Offset, NIKI, August 08, and Joji (who I wrote a review for after he released In Tongues, so check that out).
Review - Eminem ('Revival')
Hip Hop legend Eminem's ninth studio album has officially dropped and it's a monster. It's got 19 songs and is one hour and seventeen minutes in length and feature the likes of Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, Alicia Keys, Kehlani, Pink, and more. After stories about his marketing campaign over at HipHop DX, which I think is pretty funny and smart, and it leaked two days before the actual release. Oh, let's also not forget his Trump bashing freestyle he did for the BET awards which, to me, set a base level tone for what this album is going to be about. What you actually get from this project is one of his most polished and innovative albums. It doesn't drag at all because every couple of songs he smoothly changes up the sound. I'm going to be highlighting some tracks that I think have to hit potential and also that stand out because breaking down 19 songs is deathly and frankly, I won't care by the end.
4 Tips for Future College Students from a Student
I'm about 3 months into my first year of university and I've learned a lot so far. This list is to give people going into college or university some things to be wary about when picking where to go and to try and bust a couple myths people tell you when going to university.
The Genius of Sugar Pine 7
YouTube started off as a way to share your funny fail videos or vacation videos to friends. Since the day that uploading to YouTube began on April 23, 2005, a lot has changed in terms of content on YouTube and for the most part, those changes have been for the best. Of course, we have the annoying diss tracks and beef and Instagram "comedians," but every once in a while someone comes along and shifts the way people think about entertainment on a platform. In the sitcom world, it was The Office that changed people's minds to how shows can be produced. Sugar Pine 7 is a channel that I believe will revolutionize the way that people want their online media to look.
3 Questions to Ask Yourself Before Going to University
University is a place that many students hope to end up in after their high school career. But is that because of self motivation or societal conditioning? These questions will hopefully point you in the direction of answering that.
Review: Joji — 'In Tongues'
Here is a link to the full visual of In Tongues. In Tongues by Joji is extremely calm and flows through your ears like a river of heartbreaking peace. Through out the whole EP he uses soft vocals that come second to the beat and follow it in tone as to not overpower it. I found it very pleasing because unlike most music today he appreciates that beat and what it adds to the experience. The track list blends together very well; there is no song that has an out-of-place tone of feeling. This is one of my favorite EPs/projects of the year and it came out of nowhere. If you don't know who Joji is, this next part will be a brief summary of where he came from and how I learned about him.
