'Love, Simon'
So I’m sure everyone that is connected to social media or goes to the movies knows about this movie. When the trailers started to release people were very excited to see a major network like 20th Century Fox make a movie about a gay kid in high school. And I think some people might have been a little worried at first, that it wouldn’t represent people of the LGBT+ community correctly, or that it would end on something tragic. Because that’s what we’ve all seen for a very long time with most movies or TV shows with an LGBT character. I’m only 20 years old and even when I was in high school, which wasn’t that long ago, there really weren't too many stories about LGBT people that ended well or were properly represented, and not just like the stereotypes of LGBT people.

The Language of Music
Music has been around longer than we could even imagine. Ever since humans were created that was when music was as well, because it’s something that we all need in our lives and what brings people together. Music can help bring together people who have totally different lives, people who think completely different from one another, and can help them become friends or learn about other people. When we listen to music sometimes we don’t feel like other people will understand why we listen to certain types or certain artists, but when you go to a concert you feel a sense of community. Like all these people that are at that concert are going through or who feel the way you do, and you feel happy and safe and like you’re with family even though you’ve never even met.

Top 10 Paramore Songs
This is a list that has the top 10 Paramore songs in my opinion. If you disagree or want to share your own favorites, let me know on Twitter. A little backstory on the band before I dive in; Paramore is a band that was formed in Tennessee in 2004. The band were all in their teens when the band was formed, and have released five studio albums in the time that they have been in the music industry. They have had a few different members and have lost a few along the way, but now the band consists of Hayley Williams (lead vocals), Taylor York (lead guitar), and Zac Farro (drummer). Now I’m going to tell you my top 10 favorite Paramore songs.

The Rise of the New Boy Bands
As we all know boy bands have never gone away for very long. They’ve been around for a long time in music history. From The Jackson 5, The Temptations, Backstreet Boys, N’Sync to the newer ones like Big Time Rush and One Direction, they’ve never really died down as many people thought they would. Sure there were times when no boy band was around but it was always a pretty short amount of time before a new one came around. After all the 90s boy bands were over everyone thought it was the end of that style of music, but then came bands like One Direction or Big Time Rush which brought them back. And we all know how big One Direction became because we will always know the chorus to “What Makes You Beautiful” even if some people don’t want to admit that.

We all know that movies about superheroes have always been around, but in recent years those movies have been more inspiring than they ever have.
