Bio
I like creating/writing science fiction and fantasy stories such as this one I dreamed about last night. I walked through the residential community and discovered an outside elevator. It was cylindrical and could only hold two people.

Pelican Island
In September 2019, we visited Smith Island, located on the Chesapeake Bay and on the border of Maryland and Virginia territorial waters. The island’s very charming and a gem. It’s made up of three communities – Ewell, Rhodes Point, and Tylerton. We loved bicycling through Rhodes Point, talking with the towns people, and taking in the picturesque atmosphere. Of the three, Tylerton can be reached only by boat.

Deception on Mars
Was this a good idea to enter an abandoned ship? Let alone on Mars! Though our scans said it was uninhabited, you'd have to admit anything alien could happen. Our scientist Sarah K. Fei discovered this crashed ship a month ago during an orbital scan. The ship since then has been dubbed “The Fei.” I personally would have preferred her middle name - Karima. The Fei had been permanently lodged on the mountainside. We believe because it’s circular red top matched that of the red clay of the Martian mountain that’s why it took so long for its discovery. Luckily, Sarah had uncovered a clue in the readings during a natural dust storm. I think she’s brilliant. For one major reason, on Mars, a dust storm will coat everything and because of its electrostatic properties, the particles will stick to surfaces they contact, so for her to decipher through all that was astounding. Who knows how long the ship's been here.

E Is For Everything
Before heading to bed, detective Blake brushed his teeth. As always, his thoughts drifted, and he saw himself caught in a fierce windstorm. In the scene, it was midnight, and the rain poured like buckets. His weak umbrella couldn’t handle the pressure and gave.

How The Stars Were Placed In The Sky
Once upon a time there was a glass tree house city hidden within the dark brown trees. It was filled with white lights, wooden bridges, slides, ladders, and zip lines. And lots of ropes and pails to haul and unload things. Dad and you walked hand in hand from the wooden boat shop to the market. It was a cloudy day, but you didn’t mind because of all the fall decorations. White and orange pumpkins and gourds lined the wooden walkways. There were autumn leaves with berries and pinecones spiraling around the light poles. Above you and over the route, canopies hung to celebrate tonight’s festival. You could smell the crisp air. Your hand tightly grasped the carved ship with its red leaf sails. As you neared the stands, you whiffed the cuts of grilled fish, the sweets of apple cider, and scented oils. You could hear the noises of the bustling, the whirr of the ziplines, and the chatter amongst the adults.

The Setup
It's October nightfall. You find orange leaves crushed here and there into the roads, needles everywhere. You feel like being among the forest trees in a hammock. Fall is your time of year, especially for Halloween. There’s a slight drizzle as you walk to the parking lot. You’re glad you’ll make it to your car in time before it starts to pour. You accidentally bump into someone. “I’m sorry,” you say, but the man keeps on heading towards the street. You see he’s blind. Where’s his cane? You try to guide him. Cars are coming. You run to stop him. You shout out to him. He can’t seem to hear you. He walks his own way and crosses the road oblivious to the fact he made it safely. Whew. You follow him. He passes the nearby shops, the clearing, and reaches the corn fields. Then, he stops abruptly as if he was about to smack into a wall.

You Are The Heart
You danced in the moonlight, feeling the music run through you. The lake party outside was filled with lights strewn in the trees nearby. It was a chilly night, but one wouldn't know it with all the movements and chatter. You smiled seeing your best friends enjoy themselves. There was Scott Parker and Violet Daige talking and eating under the big tree. Joy Taylor had a drink in her hand and mingled with Brett Kingsley. You could tell she was more interested in her drink. And the way she kept tossing her head at you to come over, but you couldn't be bothered. Brett was a good guy just timid and shy. Long tables covered in white cloth, set with a feast, and light runners. Torches burned at the party entrance. Shadows and lights flickered and retreated as late arrivals showed themselves in.
