The Highs and Lows of the Mind
I am hit with the surge. Energy, creativity, and euphoria emerge. The light within is shining at its highest as the inner eye awakens. Hidden knowledge, wisdom, and understanding pour into my mind. Out come the books, paintings, and songs. But, deep down, I know this pace can’t be kept for long.

Inner Heroes For Humanity Runner-Up in We Have a Dream Challenge
The steps I'm going to take in 2022 to foster kindness and inclusivity is to bring my 501(c)(3) homeless foundation to Nashville, Tennessee. The foundation is called, "Inner Heroes for Humanity." My foundation involves walking the streets of the inner city and engaging with people that are homeless. I hand out nutritional snacks, water, and most importantly, my time listening and understanding the stories of those who are at ground zero. After experiencing constant cycles of severe depression myself, I attained the skills and strategies to help those rise from ground zero into being heroes. I’ve been a personal trainer for 9 years. I have a fitness business called, “Inner Eye Fitness LLC.” I train clients who are suffering from depression and anxiety as well as bringing my techniques to those experiencing homelessness. My dream is to bring my foundation to every city across the United States. I've already brought my foundation to Chicago, Illinois. Now, it's time to step into the unknown, take a leap of faith, and bring my skills to Nashville, Tennessee.

Thyroid Disease
The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped gland that sits on the lower part of the neck. It produces a thyroid hormone that controls your metabolism and the rhythm of your heartbeat. Today, we've seen an increase in the number of thyroid diseases, such as hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. Hypothyroidism is a condition where the thyroid doesn't produce enough thyroid hormones, while hyperthyroidism is where the thyroid makes more thyroid hormones than the body needs. Thyroid diseases are commonly found in more women than men. It's what controls menstrual cycles in women.

The Unknown Eye
"The ones who can see the invisible can do the impossible.”-Albert Einstein What is the unknown eye? It's a small cone-shaped gland that sits in the brain's center that produces melatonin. The melatonin then converts to serotonin, and serotonin then converts to small amounts of N, N-dimethyltryptamine or DMT. This cone-shaped gland has the same structure as your two external eyes. It has retina tissue and has the same wiring as your physical eyes do to your brain's visual cortex. It also releases little crystals of light and color that help one see the universe happening within them. The two external eyes see everything outside of you, while the hidden eye sees everything inside you.

The Untold Truth of Our Educational System
"We shall not try to make these people, or any of their children, into philosophers, or men of learning or science. We are not to raise up among them authors, orators, poets, or men of letters. We shall not search for embryo great artists, painters, musicians. Nor will we cherish even the humbler ambition to raise from among them lawyers, doctors, preachers, statesmen, of whom we now have ample supply." -Rev. Frederick T. Gates, Business Advisor to John D. Rockefeller Sr., 1913

The Eye of the Cardinal
Through the eye, we discover the connection between the physical and spiritual realm. Any new venture or work we take on brings us new experiences, insights, and understanding of ourselves and the world around us. In order to achieve what many think is impossible, we must be willing to step into the unknown and embrace the mystery. By letting go while stepping into the blindness of night, we discover a new light that reveals a power within which guides the self into the magnificent wonders of the universe, mother nature, the divine, and the all seeing eye of God!

FATE THROUGH 528
“The body is the universe. The organs are the greatest teachers. All the degrees in which one must climb to understand the great mystery of the mind are contained within the spine. Once condemned, the spirit awakens, the soul reveals itself, and the lesson is learned. The light of the story fades out at the 33rd step and we begin again.”
