Libra Rising, Capi Moon
I enjoy gazing at the moon and the stars that accompany it. I see it every night as my son and I walk the streets and again from my window as it illuminates the sky. Right above my window, the same time every night, like it’s meant for me. It is in these moments that the moon speaks and I listen. It tells me of its travels around earth and what it sees. How lonely it must be to have all these acquaintances nearby but out of reach. To watch from the outside and is rarely pleased by what it sees. I resonate.

So many thoughts as I lye awake in this bed. In my 37 years of living, there were plenty times I feared for my life. Scared, that I would even be the culprit.

I can put my limbs around whoever I want whenever I want, I choose not to. But, why? Isn’t this what people do? Why do I restrict and limit myself when it comes to sex? I’m good at it. I’m attractive and attracted.

Fight or Flight
He loves to sit and watch the water with me. His eyes chase the birds and my mind chases verbs. Hoping to land softly on the words and decipher calmly but usually it’s quite the opposite.

The color yellow, it soothes me, much like my tone for others. My ability to remain calm in moments of chaos surprises even me sometimes. I always move in peace and serenity. It’s a blessing really.

Understanding
I miss you more than I’d like to admit. You did something to me and I can’t shake this sh*t. I know we were intended for this. You said I reminded you of your husband that passed, may he continue to Rest In Peace. I wish I could’ve met him. You’d tell me that some days were easier than others when you were with me because of that. I didn’t realize the impact until I sat and thought back and really empathized with what you might’ve been feeling. Now I understand why we can’t be. Just know that my love for you runs deep. I want you to be happy, even if it’s not with me. It was written ✨
