Bio
I'm a bright person with a dark mind. I use writing to explore concepts physical artwork can't convey. I plan to write longer stories that will keep people engaged throughout. Outside of writing I enjoy quiet video games and kitty snuggles.

Learning Life
Tieflings aren’t typically associated with strong connections to nature. When Xino’s family first arrived in this realm, they had no connection to this world and its wildlife, but were fascinated by it. The family became one of herbalists and scholars, with a focus on growing and maintaining local flora. As generations passed, the family became nearly synonymous with thriving wildlife in the areas they lived. However, they were heavily scrutinized as they were not of this realm. They were generally cast out from the civilizations they helped to prosper, yet they continued to support the wildlife from the sidelines. Xino’s portion of the family came to the new nation to be free from the discriminatory practices of their homeland, but held on to their old practices.

Dying Light: Civilizations
After the sun died, the people that survived initially panicked. They started hoarding resources into their homes, not even bothering to share with those nearby. It wasn't until necessities had dwindled down to where hoarding would no longer be possible that people began to try and evenly distribute among themselves. The first colony to establish itself was called Beacon. It grew rapidly around one of the few power plants that still operated. Shoddy huts and tents made from tarps and blankets were hastily built next to the facility to allow people to waste as little electricity as possible during their fights for survival.

What They Don't Tell You
On today's episode of "I didn't want to feel today, but here I am..." I thought to myself as I scrolled through various social media. "Social" being the farthest from the truth to me. I found myself scrolling again through recommended friends on Facebook. It wasn't hard to get lost in the lives of people you used to spend so much time around.

Fallen Society
The streets, once glowing with life and nearly brimming with people using all methods of transportation, stood empty. The dust and sand typically kicked up by the activity lay still for the first time in years. Stray papers skidded across the ground with the slightest breeze. They had been long abandoned. The once white paper yellowed and creased with age. The edges held small tears, loose fibers balled up and clinging futilely to the rest of the pages.
