Young Between Air and Space
Question? Where is my mind? I think I lost it long ago. My late teens in the clouds with no cargo I had a light carry on in the lane row Then it got heavy as I'm at the window That's reality, I guess I didn't cope well Especially to that four letter word fail I just wanted so bad just to do well Trying to fake it till I make it like they couldn't tell? Lady Gaga would have told me there's no poker face I was young I was dumb in that head space 20 years around the sun is a learning stage I just wish I had a manual, a list, a page? Though, what's the point of a story with same plot? Predictable to the end to the last dot. What will be my legacy I think about alot. And what experience has taught.

I'll Love You Forever
Ever since I could remember you were the love of my life. When we were kids we were best friends forever we were tight Many days and many nights You never left my sight When times were black and white You brought color back in my life You spoke to my soul like rhythm and blues And You still rocked with me through angst and youth I really can't imagine not loving you When the sound of your voice is music I listen to Playlists I've played on through Your perfect for every mood Comfort like homemade food At Grandma's Sunday at noon You're my sun and my moon I wake up and sleep with you You bring a theme to my life it makes all my days anew

Kyle Rittenhouse
Get my thoughts here written out To begin I say fuck Kyle Rittenhouse Many times we have stated what it's all about The justice system is a fraud that's with out a doubt. Mass groups of the ignorant have gathered round Hoping praying saying this like the oj trial on what ground? Have you seen our country's history? Centuries Of the facts are elementary Recently In the time of a decade A list of many black names Have linked all together into shackles of a new age ⅗ is the statement made Judges spitting on our grave We're just labeled thug short for nigger short for slave People know the truth Can we look at Dylan roof The rapist Brock Turner and they blamed it on his youth Black trauma is real we not bulletproof we're just callous to the wounds Yeah we still feel the pain but it numbs very soon.

We're hear anyway?
Whats it really mean to be perfection? I don't know? Is it in the book of life? What what section? Cause I am imperfect you're far from the same So no pointing no fingers no one should be shamed You say the past ones were destructive That's what's makes you feel so untrusting Got your mind in over production You numb yourself so you don't feel nothing Now you're with me? It's complicated I love and hate it This shit so jaded Our eyes are rose colored spaces From lenses down to the framing We know the tinting is fading We're just waiting (waiting)
