My Life Behind Closed Doors of Covid-19!
When I found out that schools were going to be closed, I was shocked, excited, and concerned. I was shocked because I would never in a million years believed something like this would be happening to me in my lifetime. Excited because I really needed a break from work, trying to juggle the kids to get up in the morning by a certain time and Grad school. I was just exhausted and ready to finally be able to get some sleep. The main thing was feeling like I did not have to be rushed. I can finally take a breather at my own pace. Lastly, I was concerned because I did not know what to expect. Was it deadly? Should I be concerned for my kids? Where did it come from? So, much.

Okay, Horror Fans, Did You Know The Conjuring 3 Is Coming Out in September?
So, I am a horror fanatic. I love scary movies. I love to have the feeling of being spooked. It gives me an adrenaline rush. My favorite movie in todays time is The Conjuring. I've seen part 1, part 2, and currently waiting for part 3. Now, from what I have heard The Conjuring sequels are based on true stories. I mean real life events. I believe that is why I like it so much. The unimaginable being actually true. How awesome is that. Plus, lets not forget the actors Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga are only some of my favorites. They play Ed and Lorraine Warren, the famous paranormal investigators and authors that are linked to the cases of the hauntings.

Growing up Biracial
When I was little, I had no idea I was different. I didn't see race or question what I was as a child. I was just me. I was surrounded by my brothers or sisters everyday. Some of us were light, medium tone or what I would call Caramel or Mocha, and others were dark. All of us came out looking different but we knew that we were siblings. I didn't question it. I didn't question my Dad nor my Mom.

The Day I Said These Two Words In the Mirror
One Day , when I was in the fifth grade, I was dared to say the ladies name in the mirror. The one I would despise and fear. At that time, I didn't think she was real. So, I came home that afternoon and made up my mind that no one would tell me I was a scardy cat. I hated to be dared. I was going to do it. I was brave and determined and no one would tell me otherwise. Little did I know, it would be the day I would regret and forever be traumatized.
