Beachbody UK to Launch 19th October—Fitness Crazy!
Beachbody was found in 1998 in Santa Monica, CA, in the United States by Carl Daikeler (CEO) and John Congdon (President). Together they have achieved great success over the last 19 years with the well known Insanity and PiYo workouts amongst many others. Well now the company is expanding again and is launching Beachbody in the UK with Coaches excitedly recruiting their teams ready for October 19th.

ICN Bodybuilding Championships Come to the UK!
The first ICN Bodybuilding Championships take place on October 29 at The Benn Hall, Rugby, Warwickshire. ICN (I Compete Natural) is now a global fitness brand promoting good nutrition and natural drug free competitions.
