Find Your Own Kind of Exercise
You hear it all the time, exercise is good for you. You hear it more often if you have depression. They tell you to exercise because it helps fight depression and improve your mood. For years I have wonder how so many people recommend it for depression but it never seemed to improve my mood or help. I felt the same on days I exercised as on the days I did not.

The Tails of an Anxious Dog
I watch as my owner starts to get ready to leave and as I watch her my anxiety rises. She going to be gone just a few hours but for me, it feels like years before I can see her again. She gives me a treat, pats me on the head, and walks out the door. Who knows when I will see her again. I discard the treat and bark at the door for an hour begging her to come back. I go into her bedroom to find the perfect palace to leave her a present. I sit down and let drop the biggest poop a dog has ever pooped. I do it out of spite because she could have taken me with her to work and she did not. She says if she could she would but if I went with her she would be in trouble. I know it’s a lie what place would not allow a cute fluff ball like me.

Stereotypical Tattoo?
There are a few tattoos that people would call the stereotypical tattoo; the tattoo that everyone one has. My first Tattoo, a lot of people might say is a stereotypical one. I’ll admit my first tattoo is not a unique one. A lot of people get a tattoo of the moon and stars, but just because a lot of people have the same kind of tattoo does not mean that they all look the same.

For the Love of Mac and Cheese
We all have that one meal that brings back memories or that we only like when cooked by a specific person. The meal that you were obsessed with as a kid and if your parents let you it is the meal you would have picked to eat every day. The meal you would either never get sick of or will eat until you became sick of it. The meal that comes to mind for me is my grandmother’s macaroni and cheese with ham. It was my favorite meal as a child and when I eat it now as an adult it brings back so many memories. It is simple and not the most unique meal, but as a child, it was the best meal I had ever eaten.
