The reputation of Doctor was always at its peak in Ashtead, a small village in the south of central London. It was around the year 1810. With only a few reputable doctors in the whole of London, especially those who practiced modern medicine, Doctors amassed quite a lot of attention. It was reported that he had a good number of patients every day which derived from the practice of medicine and counseling, resulting in one of the highest incomes in the community.
