Why is it that people say when you have something on your mind, you should talk about it. When you talk about your feelings it will stop you from feeling the sadness that drowns you. I don’t feel that way. I feel like when I spiral in my head, I need to be with myself and not talk about it. When you talk about how you feel, there is a high chance of rejection, a high chance that the person who you are opening up to, won’t understand. That is why when you keep your feelings to yourself, you won’t have to deal with the rejection or the want and need of validation.
How do you know if you’re looking for love in the wrong place? Sometimes, you feel like you’ve found the one- even by the first tinder swipe.
