What is an MVP?
It is not necessarily a final product to be launched on the market, but a way of developing a product with the minimum resources and with some potential customers or beta customers who share their feedback in order to test if the product is viable or not.

7 Tips to Achieve a Happy, Meaningful Work-Life Balance
1. Do what you love I know, it seems obvious but you would be surprised by the number of people that hate their jobs. All the memes about it, the hate for Mondays… it is no brainer that most people live a miserable life by working on companies or areas they hate. Why? Mostly because of the money. But is money everything? I am a leader for the past 11 years and I had several coworkers who hated their job, and you know what I did? Helped them find a new one! We spend so many hours of our life working that is essential to find a place where we feel appreciated and happy. I myself, changed work several times in order to find the place that met my criteria. And you want to know one thing? By changing, you can reach a higher salary that, otherwise, you won’t be able to reach by staying in the same company. Do it for you and your well-being. And the rest will come.

Tips for Keeping a Healthy Mind and Healthy Body
Remote Work Tips: - Keep the schedules right — from 9 am to 18 pm preferably. Don’t be put off by the fact that you don’t have the home-work-home commute to work longer hours than you normally would. It’s not good for your mental health or the expectations the company has of you and your work. Stick to your lunch break and don’t jeopardize the social time you may have at home at the expense of work.

3 Common Mistakes You’re Probably Making as a Leader
1. You don’t give frequent feedback Without feedback, hardly anyone knows how things are going and whether or not they are meeting professional expectations. As simple as this. Not receiving any feedback takes away the possibility of optimizing tasks and being more efficient and productive due to a lack of knowledge. You can even keep everything the same following the logic that if “nobody said anything to me, it must be okay” but the doubt will remain and may have negative consequences.

A book a day, keeps the stagnation away
It is not a replacement but an adjunct! A few years ago, in the midst of my research on leadership, efficiency, business, and productivity I discovered that there are tools where you can listen to books in their entirety or their summaries. In fact, it is one of the current trends in which books are not only available in physical or digital format but also in audiobooks.
