Let's Talk About Stars, Baby
“Oh you’re a Virgo sun? And you’re a Capricorn moon? Sorry, we can’t be friends.” See that I just can’t get down with. Don’t get me wrong, I love Astrology; I think it’s incredibly interesting and strangely accurate in a lot of ways, but I would never base my opinions of someone solely on their Natal Chart. But this is where us folks who like Astrology get a bad name. You own one crystal and know your Rising sign and suddenly you’re a bad guy. It’s worse if you actively ask someone their sign, say something like “Oh that makes a lot of sense,” and get the response of: “You know that’s all fake, right?”

Somehow I Bloomed Under The Moon
She grew up in a cult. A place where self expression wasn't a right. Jewelry wasn't allowed, girls were expected to wear skirts, and you weren't allowed to speak to or date anyone outside of the church. Not Today, Cupid

But, there really is something to the whole 'learn to love yourself' thing that everyone talks about, and sure, love is nice and cute and wholesome...but you're just as capable being happy on your own and celebrating that independence. And let's not forget celebrating the friends in your life with a little Galentine's Day moment.

So...Parking Wars?
As we left 2020 somewhere in the dark past behind us (not that 2021 has been much better), I spent those final few hours before the new year began squeezing in the season finale of The Office. I, and many other fans of the show, spent the precious weeks before January 1st binge watching The Office one last time. For me it was the 5th time through? Maybe 6th? Because Netflix had the audacity to remove it so NBC could hoard the streaming rights for themselves. I get it, but...come on.
