Admiration to the motivational stuff
We often feel very high when someone appreciates us, and it’s a fundamental human behavior. When you do something great then, it’s self-evident that your parents or friends admire you. Throughout human history, we know how admiration became the most influential part of humans. Right now, we see a bunch of awards show on television. Oscars, Grammy, Emmy, are the most anticipating awards in the entertainment industries. Every actor or actress dreamed of getting these awards one day in their career. But why do people care so much about these awards? The answer is admiration. We are so intrigued if it comes to admiration. People just give their lives to get a certain approval from society. It’s not like it’s very obvious to get perhaps; people think that they live in this world because of that. Isn’t it so offensive; that a certain individual gave their entire life just to chase approval from society? Of course, it is. Look, it’s not like admiration is a bad thing for humans, Though it’s very generous. But as we all know, we cannot eat only one kind of food for the rest of our lives. It’s just impossible. So, why we don’t just stop chasing approvals for our inhibition? What’s the reason behind that? The reason is our surroundings. Parents teach us to do better in our studies or always be top in our grades from our childhood. Remember those days when you are in high school. When getting good grades, everyone admires you for doing that, But if you get low grades somehow, no one even wants to talk to you. Everyone cheers you when you are doing great, but no one even looks at you when your performance is bad. You cannot do anything so that people will love you. What you do is to make yourself irresistible to fight with these dogmas.

We need to talk about Mental health
Last week I saw on television that one of the USA’s best gymnasts takes a withdrawal from Tokyo Olympics 2020. Confronting her mental health is the reason she takes withdrawal. In the past couple of months, we see a lot of great sports personalities take the withdrawal regarding mental health issues. But the sad reality is that instead of supporting people are getting furious with these athletes. We need to understand that they are also a human, not some kind of superhero. I know it’s devastating when someone you love to watch had to leave because of this issue. Athletes are physically very strong than any other normal person. They do countless workouts to be in shape and maintain their physical strength to compete.

The Bounded and The Unbounded
I often do differentiate between two specific things. It’s not like choosing between two separate objects perhaps, it’s about the difference between human abilities. I certainly do not understand that why people are so, differ from each other. Like in terms of doing work, study, sport or all the other daily activities that we do. Then, I concluded that to understand all of this I have to do some serious research on human psychology. To begin with, I started to read a bunch of books just to know what is human behaviour. So, what I understand with along researching all of this is that basically all of our behavior depends on our own mindset. But the mindset is not that easy to acknowledge, because each and every individual has his/her own authentic mindset. Psychology says that if we talk in basics then every individual mind has a certain kind of similarity, which we distinguish in two types:

The Stigma of Saying “NO”
In our childhood; parents often teach us to help others, respect others and I think all of these principles make you a good human being. Why not, if you help someone in his/her difficult times then they will help back whenever you need help. Helping is a very complex form of human emotion. People help each other since the ages of humans began. Helping is also a very profound feeling like, if you help someone or anyone help you in both of these scenarios you feel very gentle. If I am talking about myself then I’ll also try to be helpful if anyone needs help. And to be honest I also kind of like that and that’s what society also told us to do. But here is a thing, that you can’t always help a particular individual. But the question is why we don’t help someone who always begging for help. The answer to this question always depends on you, how you observe things or how you read people's behavior. Look, we all know that how important is to provide someone very weak in this society. But is it okay to help someone who is more like a procrastinator? ‘of course not. But why not? Look, there is always a very thin line between people who genuinely need help and the people who act like they need help. And most of the time we confuse between these two categories in terms of understanding the behavior. So, how can you understand the behavior? It’s simple if anyone needs help genuinely then they insist on you. But if anyone acts like they need help, they don’t insist perhaps, their action shows they need help. Likewise, A genuine individual directly asks you “ bro I need to shift from my parent’s house would you help me to shift” now the actor “ Oh… dude what can I do I have to shift from my parent’s house.” Now you can differentiate between these two individuals.

To be Positive is a very generous and essential aspect of any human mind. Positivity gives you a profound feeling of satisfaction in your brain. As humans, we’re more likely to take pressure or resolve the hurdle in our day-to-day lives. But not every time you feel the same way, Sometimes you feel happy, sad, angry or just confuse. These all are the blend of human emotion, or let’s just say they all have their perspective in terms of human emotion.

What Makes You Productive
Assume you wake up one day, and your father asks what you want in your life son? So, you just reply that I want to be like this, or I want to be like that in my life. At that instant, you share your inhibition with your father. But somewhat you just confuse in your mind. Yeah, you said that to your father about your interest, but you also know, that whatever you said to your father is for the sake to answer the question.

Why Break is Essential
Here is a thing, remember that day when you first start doing your work. Each and everything that day feels very exciting to you, You’re well prepared to start and show your extreme talent to your office colleagues. Your mind is fresh and feels very productive to you, let’s say you feel this way every time you enter the office, But as months pass you feel very tired and restless. When you first join the office; you do almost any work in a fixed period those days, But now you feel that you aren’t able to do that much work even a week.

A while ago, I was extremely unorganized. All I was doing is just try to get away from my liability and priority at that time. Literally, no one wants to believe in me if it’s about work. And I also know that fact, that I am not good enough if it comes to work. All I do is just watching Netflix, talking uselessly, wasting my time, and So on. It’s become a habit to procrastinate if it’s come to work.
