Two weeks back, while browsing through an article, I came across the suggestion that finger millet is a superfood with numerous health benefits. Not only is it low in carbohydrates, but it also has the highest amount of calcium compared to milk. It is the only source that contains vitamin D, which helps lower blood pressure, protect against diabetes, and reduce stress. After reading about its nutritional value, I decided to try incorporating it into my diet.
