Woke up this morning to my father climbing into my bed. He said “I blessed you with food and a bed. Now it’s my turn to be fed.” Left home feeling worthless. Trying to get focused. At school, serenity finds me. Hiding the shame. smiling to keep sane. “hell is inflicted on me.” My teachers bid me farewell.” Until next year “ is my reward for being here.
