Thinking of most and lots of things and situations with a higher level of care and in a way that properly addresses whatever issues and reality gets affected by not having an appropriate reaction/response or (re)action

Sometimes focusing on only or just being safe, protecting what matters, etc is limiting and is only enough to remind you but doesn't necessarily result in an action or response when actually needed and appropriate and is possible to lapse or reduce momentary and situational decisions by focusing too much on desired/manipulated results and not the actions/causes required to reach said/implied results
