Input does not equal output

If you are continually placing effort in one area of your life and it seems to stop or halt something you may be doing could be clouding or blocking your effort, analyze the small contiual habits that make up your day and distance or eliminate them ASAP.

  • Drinking of coffee or doing of any stimulants/recreational items
  • Physical habits (working out, injuries, changes in diet etc..)
  • Sexual habits (increase or decrease and with whom)
  • Grooming habits (frequency and or change)

Usually any changes that have been made were new or contiually slowing you down through either temptation of the activity and the wasting of time therein.

Events and People of the Past:

The past is dead but is always revised by memory and superstition.

What happened in the past can tempt and rebruise the wounds within you. These memories and people of the past still are present but have no power to harm you except through the fear of the mental circumstance.

When you have flashes or revisit the pain or temptation, (pleasure included) understand that you must experience that moment fully BUT after the experience is over feel trimphant over it and know that the problematic memory or pain is in the past and has been overcome completely. Genuinely shrug it off as a past mistake and let it not tempt you or retroactively anger you any longer.

If you are in the middle of resolving an issue or distancing yourself from a person. Archatypically shrink them in your mind, by this I mean see them as a baby and innocent, knowing not what they do and even forgive them (I have an article on forgiveness too). Ultimately all this is for you not the other person.

Temptation and Purpose:

The opposite of temptation is purpose.

**This is excerpt is from OpenAI's Chat GPT when asked to write on the subject above..

{The statement "The opposite of temptation is purpose" is an interesting one that speaks to the power of having a clear goal or purpose in life. It suggests that when we have a strong sense of purpose, it can help us resist temptation and stay focused on our goals. This is because when we have a purpose, we are more likely to be motivated to stay on track and resist any distractions or temptations that may come our way. Having a purpose can also give us a sense of direction and focus, which can help us stay away from any temptations that may lead us astray. Ultimately, having a purpose can be a powerful tool in helping us stay on track and resist temptation.}

Continuing on to the human side of things...Oddly, I agree with the AI, understand this though, purpose and temptation or two sides of the same coin. If you are following your purpose there will be temptation to draw you away from it. This gives rise to the saying "If you don't have haters then you're not doing something right". Not to say you should cause an uproar or anything but if something is not coming to steer your attention away from your purpose or what you hold dear, then you are doing something wrong. Furthermore, the more concentrated you are on your purpose the easier it is to shrink and nullify temptations.
