Africans are flooding social media to applaud the Russian leader for several things on today.
One Putin says that he wants the AU (African Union) to become full members of the G20 group. Biden made this known back in December of 2022. Then Putin promised to give grain to 5 African countries, however he's the reason the world is facing a fuel and grain crisis in the first place.
Now there is a Change.org petition spreading on African news outlets comments section on Facebook. First noticed on The Citizen, Tanzanian news paper.
Boycott supremacism! Boycott «Peace» summit! Boycott Ukraine! We are not monkeys!

I invite every African to look at this footage published in a mid-size newspaper in Ukraine on the 30th of May, 2023.
The headline reads:
Russian Minister Sergey Lavrov starts his African trip, asks for military aid including bows, arrows, spears and stones.
Thus, Ukrainians decided to mock Russia for the friendship with Africa, depicting us as MONKEYS. Look and see what exactly Ukrainians think of Africa. What a horrible mixture of xenophobia, bigotry and racial supremacism!
At the same time Volodymir Zelenskiy did not hesitate to invite African leaders to take part in Global peace summit which will be held in Ukraine this august. It’s obvious that he will make us join his «peace formula» which in fact is totally unfavorable for us. Africa is being used by Ukrainians for their own purposes. When they want to call us monkeys, they do it! When they need our support, they invite us to take part in international meetings.
We can’t stand being insulted by Volodymir Zelenskiy. I hereby ask our President Cyril Ramaphosa as well as other African Leaders to boycott Ukrainian President and not to take part in «Peace» Summit, which in reality will bring nothing but destructions.

These accounts are from all over the world, Thailand, Algeria, South Africa, Brazil, Egypt and Sudan to name just a few of them. This is clearly propaganda since I'm unable to find any news of this happening online or on other social media platforms.
Oddly this story is just like the real life story of a Romanian national in Nairobi, Kenya calling the Africans monkeys. He looked out the window and saw monkey's he then says: "I see the Africans have joined us!"
Russians have also done this towards Africans several times in the past, called them monkeys.

A video that has been circulating in Russia and abroad since late January showing racism against foreign students at a Moscow university has sparked outrage. Foreign students have raised concerns about discrimination for years in Russia, where tens of thousands of Africans have come to study. Our Observer, a Congolese student at the university where the video was filmed, told us about the everyday racism he is victim to.
Back in 2012 there was news of a Ukrainian news paper depiciting Africans and Arabs as monkeys.
Ukrainian newspaper depicts Africans and Arabs as monkeys groping woman
A local newspaper in the western Ukrainian city of Ternopil illustrated its front-page story on Tuesday with a photomontage of monkeys groping a woman to depict African and Arab men who had allegedly gotten into a bar fight. Our Observer, a Congolese student living in Ternopil, tells us this has deeply upset African students at his university, who he says are frequently the target of racist attacks.

Mr. Benedick also realized that “life” was an anagram of “file,” and wondered where that thought came from as he stared at the boy in front of him. Benny Duncan. Grade Four. Beloved by all his teachers so far. He had seen the boy playing with the other boys his age in the school yard at recess. Four Square and foot hockey. A normal-looking kid. A normal kid… And here he was, after a very stupid moment with the fire alarm and a shoe.
