The second feature is the worker's stat, which shows how much you have managed to earn and your worker level. The more you do tasks the higher your worker's level become, and the more chance you have of making more money by doing advanced level tasks.

The third feature I would be explaining in this Picoworkers review is the worker's success rate which must not fall below 75%, you have the temporary success rate, if it falls below 75% you won't be able to submit tasks any longer until som of your tasks is being rated.
