No Justice for Black Mentally Disabled Teen Sodomized With Coat Hanger by Racist Teammates
On October 22, 2015, three white teenage football players, Tanner Ward, 17; John J.K. Howard, 18; and a third juvenile who cannot be named, were in the locker room at Dietrich High School in Idaho when they sodomized a Black mentally disabled teammate with a metal coat hanger after months of racism toward the teen.

Woman Throws Drink on Casey Anthony at Florida Bar
Casey Anthony called police this past weekend after an argument led to a drink being thrown on her left leg. (rolls eyes.) She did not want the woman arrested but told police that she did want the incident on file.

The Dragging Death of James Byrd Jr
Jasper, a quiet small town in east Texas, rarely makes national news. In 1998, however, Jasper became the talk of the country as news of the murder of James Byrd Jr. came to light. This horrific tragedy was no ordinary murder. The killer(s) chained Byrd by the ankles to the back of their pickup truck and dragged him about three miles on isolated country roads before his head was decapitated and his mutilated, torn body dumped at a church. Further shocking, the men who killed Byrd were white supremacists associated with the Ku Klux Klan.

Casey Anthony Juror: "My Decision Haunts Me"
On December 11, 2008, the skeletal remains of two-year-old Caylee Anthony were found with a blanket inside a laundry bag in a wooded area near the Anthony family home. Duct Tape was found near the front of the skull and on the mouth of the skull. The medical examiner ruled her death a homicide ”by undetermined means.”

Meet the 10-Year-Old Serial Killer
Summary: Amarjeet Sada is the world’s youngest serial killer. By age 10, the young boy had murdered three people, including his baby sister and a cousin. When Amarjeet was finally apprehended in 2007, he was sent to a children’s home until the age of 18. Amarjeet was released from the children’s home in 2016 when he turned 18. His whereabouts today are unknown.

Amari Nicholson Murdered by Mom's Boyfriend
Summary: Two-year-old Amari Nicholson was murdered by his mother’s boyfriend on May 5, 2021. Tayler Nicholson, Amari’s mother, left the toddler with him on April 30th while she traveled to Colorado. Rhodes initially told police that a strange woman picked up the boy from his apartment. During interrogation, however, Rhodes admitted that he hit the boy with a closed fist several times on May 5th, causing his death. Rhodes is currently awaiting trial in a Las Vegas jail.

Torture & Murder of Kelly Bates
Summary: At age 17, Kelly Ann Bates was kidnapped and held hostage for over four weeks by James Patterson Smith. During the month James held Kelly hostage, he tortured her by gouging both of her eyes out from the socket and beating the girl before he drowned her in a bathtub. Smith, who had a violent history that includes torture against a former partner, denied murdering Bates, but a jury found him guilty. He was sentenced to life in prison on November 19, 1997.
