Don’t look for love.
Be love.
You were the good guy So I gave you a chance. You took it. You loved me But you couldn’t say it Most of em say it

Was a stupid girl. I thought you’d fill the void My childhood left When you wrapped your arms around my waist from behind me.
Y’all played me. So I became the player. Simple circle of life Survival of the fittest. Predators need prey Or else they are prey.
I wanna live in an alien world Because aliens don’t fall in love. Aliens don’t fall for stupid pretty boys Who break their hearts
Everyone thinks I hate you. You sent my carefully fabricated reality Toppling And walked away. You took me in your hands
I started living When I closed my eyes And breathed. When I stopped running And looked around. I found my dream When I stopped dreaming
I fought my parents. They were too strict. I fought the system. It was too corrupt. I fought society. They claimed I belonged to them.
You say you love me. Maybe you do. But I know love Doesn’t feel like the shadow in your eyes. You say I’m the one.
You had to leave I made you leave Because you were breaking my heart. What if it’s broken anyway? Maybe I can have you anyway.

Today I cried because I love my life. I never thought I would. I never thought I would wake up With purpose coursing through my veins
I used to be a tired thing For you to hold in the night. Now I hold myself. I was a helpless little girl Buried in your arms.
I’ll be that bad bitch on a motorcycle Clad in leather Heart of black Protected from your Big man fingers Climbing up my back
